Mountain Mike's Pizza

Ordered sausage with extra cheese and it was exceptionally good. Service was really nice and wasn’t too noisy. Recommended.

I have going to this store for 1 months, twice at week and this very disappointing, there is no flavor even on the pizza, way too much tomato sauce.
And the mini churros ther are burn and no flavor
Never going back.

I should have read the recent reviews smh , I submitted an online order at 6pm received emailed at 604pm pick up at 624pm for a MINI PIZZA! I arrived at 625pm , told the cashier my order he verified my name in order and ran to the back I was standing where you can see the pizza being made , I could see he told the girl in the back something..man came out again but didn't acknowledge me or tell me anything else about my order (the beging of the bad service) I could see 3 other frustrated customers, I stood there hoping he'd let me know what was going on but I clearly got the signal that they did not even have the pizza in the oven smh had to wait another 20min for pizza to be ready ( which made me late to the movies) & to top it off the pizza was burnt smh Burnt bottom bread & crust and most of the pepperoni pretty much turned in to dust the moment you bit into it unfortunately my daughter was unable to eat her pizza. A waste of my time & money. This location needs alot of help & training instead of getting better with new ownership it almost feels like they don't take pride in their business or care to train the employees in customer service. I understand that sometimes there short staffed or other issues but you can really change or make a situation better just by having employees that can deliver better customer service by simple acknowledgement, possibly complementary items for the inconvenience caused by the business.

Go to any other location. Consistent poor quality from here.

If there is a zero star option, I would have chosen that.
We like Mountain Mike's pizza as their pizzas taste good and have plenty of toppings. This location's pizzas do not taste good and have minimal amount of toppings, maybe one piece of topping every 2 square inches.
Customer service is nonexistent and nobody at this location has any customer service skills.
The place is run down as if it was never maintained since it was opened.

Came here for lunch buffet. No pizza out and when asked pepperoni and Hawaiian was only what they would make... salad bar was dry and room temperature. Rude customer service. Definitely don't come here and waste your time. This is the second time I came for buffet just to find the same setting. All they are about is your money and not building a relationship with community.... Will not come here again.

Aman was the best cashier, he gave us a coupon and free breadsticks. He was the sweetest guy with a bright nice smile on his face. Let us know they only use the freshest ingredients and never frozen. I absolutely loved this location please come and make sure you speak to Aman he will not let you down!

I went to the Mountain Mike's Pizza at Almaden with my Aunt Helena and it was very clean And The customer service was excellent and the girl who made our pizza was delicious it was really good quality pizza and we were extremely happy with this Mountain Mike's Pizza locations we are definitely going to come back to this Mountain Mike's location The restaurant was super clean And it looks really remodeled since the last time we went to this Mountain Mike's location and The new owners are really nice and very friendly.
