Just came here for a quick pizza after the movie I’m not impressed we ordered pizza at the pizza. The pizza was good a little bit over prize for a small we ordered chicken wings chicken tenders was served instead of chicken wings there were kids running around screaming in the restaurant And we order salad. Look like a salad came from Walmart or Safeway with very little dressing I would not be coming back anytime soon.

The pepperoni pizza was overcooked and barely any cheese. I was charged more than what was shown on menu. I mentioned the price difference to the manager who waited on me. I ate one piece and then tossed in trash. A waste of my money. Never going there again.

I called in 3 mountain pizzas. Was told 20 minutes. I show up 40 minutes later and they were not done. The owner said this pick up is here & he barely started to make them. When I called the the guy out if he was barely putting my order in the oven he straight up lied to me in my face and said no mountain size goes through twice and also said I was there early. When I called him out on that lie and showed him the call on my phone I told him he was LATE. The OWNER took the order through the phone and had the audacity to ask “would you like to add a tip for the staff” I left the same review on yelp and instead of being a man and accepting he was wrong he goes ON there and REPLIES WITH LIES that I yelled at a gf when I went there ALONE. LOL. SERVICE SUCKED. PIZZA SUCKED. & the group of 4 males who ordered before me were annoyed and you shorted their wings. Amir you suck as an owner BE A MAN & DO BETTER.

Came in when restaurant was dead, only one other person inside. Placed our order for one large pizza and went to sit down to wait for it. This was at 7:20. Someone else came in after me and received their pizza after ten minutes. Over an hour later around 8:25 the guy at the counter motioned me over and I went and finally grabbed the pizza. It was cold and it had clearly been sitting on the counter with no other customers in the building for an extended period of time. TLDR: Very bad experience, will not be returning.

Ate here a few times and I feel like they don't want you there or they don't care. Not sure if they're struggling or having a hard time finding help it's just every time we've been there it's never been a positive experience. We ask if they have any specials or the drink was off or the pizza is burnt and they look at you like it's your fault or why are you asking. we try to support local, but when you don't feel wanted or welcomed, we stopped going

I wish I had read these reviews first. I have never had a problem with the Mountain Mike's that I ordered from before I moved. I did not want to cook, so at 5:38, I ordered a pizza and some sodas. It was promised at 6:22. At 6:33, it had not arrived, so I called. I was told the driver would be here in 1 minute. (This Mountain Mikes is less than half a mile from our place.) I called again at 6:44 stating we still don't have our pizza. She questioned me twice asking if we got our pizza. She then said she would call the driver. At 6:55, I called the store again. I was put on hold right away. The driver then called saying he was outside. The driver told my boyfriend that they just gave him the pizza to deliver. The pizza was cold. We had to heat it up to eat it. Needless to say, We will NOT be ordering from this Mountain Mike's ever again.

I usually don't write reviews but our service was BAD BAD BAD!! We had a bad experience last year.... But I told my guy we can let that go. We bought pizza and three salads. Pizza came and no salads....I told the young lady that we wanted a refund because salads never came. She brought them to go. My guy once again asked for a refund ....no go..... bad establishment bD service. Don't recommend!!! PS got my pizza request wrong too. I don't recommend the Almaden location.
I have been here a few times never an issue. But tonight I bought for delivery, I guess I didn't tip enough because my food was cold and soggy. Not to mention the garlic knots didn't taste like anything and the churros were super hard and had no sugar cinnamon. But the services were friendly. I think they do know, they just don't care for some reason.

Last night, after trick or treating with our son we were starving so we stopped at the closest place to eat. We arrive at the store 40 minutes before closing and the cashier lady told us that we couldn't dine in which was okay so we got a medium pizza to go. The lady was so rude and looked annoyed the entire time and even rolled her eyes. I didn't even get a receipt but I do have a screenshot that I paid $29.49 for a medium 12 slice pizza. We were so hungry, gave my son a slice, my husband had a slice and i had another one. The pepperoni tasted BURNT. The bread tasted sour, I don't even want to remember how nasty it taste. My husband and I gave it the benefit of the doubt and got another slice which we just threw out because WTF I've never ate anything nastier and it wasn't until we got home that I realized I paid 30 bucks for 12 slices of pizza and we only got 8. Be fucking fr. Will be back later to get my refund. We weren't the only ones who left upset at the service, people before us complained too and when I asked for a plate, instead of walking around to hand it to me they said "it's down there, grab it" I mean workers don't always have to do everything for us but wth. And yes it probably was our fault that we didn't check the box before leaving but they were basically kicking us out of the store
