We had family get together at Mountain mikes, Alum rock location. We had such a wonderful experience, pizzas were so flavorful, wings were well done and crispy as we asked. Customer service was excellent, all employees had positive attitude towards us, very friendly and attentive. Dine-in area was neat and clean. We will definitely come back again and definitely recommend this place.

This might’ve been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The man at the front counter was incompetent and did not answer any questions and then said that my order was to go only and that I could not eat in the dining room.

The place was EMPTY at 12 on a weekend. The TV's weren't too loud, but their menu screens were down. The staff wasn't responsive upon entry. They attempted to argue with me about my food but listened to my concerns (3/4 of the pizza was fridge cold and the remainder was oven hot... horrible food handling).
They made me a new pizza and it was AMAZING in flavor.

We had a fellowship of about50-60 people and Preet helped us with our order and took care of us the whole time we were here. She was incredibly friendly. Preet and the entire staff made our experience an awesome one! Big shout out to Preet! We will be coming back for more pizzas and get togethers.

Stopped in for their lunch special (salad bar, pizza and a drink). I arrived about 1:30. The salad bar was simple (iceberg lettuce and canned condiments) but well stocked. The only pizza available was pepperoni and it had been under the warming lights for a while. During no time was fresh pizza brought out. The restaurant was very clean and their were plenty of large screen TVs on the walls.

Aluminum and Rock road... terrible service and gave me half a pizza for the toppings like five pieces because I got it from the good to go app...
Pizza was ready for pick up as stated. What can I say great pepperoni pizza!! And staff is great!
Don’t order Too Good To Go from here because they claim the bag will have $21 in value and give you half of that value. Not worth it at all.
