Today I had a Birthday Party at this site!!! I have thrown a party at the Mountain Mikes on Berryessa Rd and here today. The Quality of Service and Food was excellent. Our Lady in charge was Preet. So if you want some good service and good food please visit Preet at the Alum Rock Rd. Location from that great experience and great service.

On 01/09/2026 I had my daughter’s 7th birthday here at Mt Mike’s on Alum Rock . From the time my husband went into the pizza place days before Preet the woman that works the front was super super accommodating. She literally let us reserve hall of the pizza parlor and gave her information so that we could call and confirm . She mentioned that she would have some party deals for us to choose from . She definitely delivered 1000 % customer service. I arrived and our section was nice and clean and reserved . She was very accommodating by letting me decorate and move around tables as I needed. She showed Several deals and made accommodations to help me serve my party. THE FOOD WAS SO FRESH AND AMAZING ! Nice and Hot Pizza ! All my guests were very satisfied. She made sure that I was happy the whole time . She put up with a whole bunch of kids running around having fun and never comlained once. I would highly recommend that you have a birthday party! Preet is really good at her job and really nice ! THANK YOU PREET FOR MAKING THIS DAY SO EASY AND ENJOYABLE ! You are appreciated!

Hosted a birthday party, reserved 2 days prior they gave me the flexibility of calling and changing the time the same day, called to confirm reservation and the service was great the pizza were all served very fast and the staff was very friendly. Preet helped with everything and she was just amazing!

On 19th October 2025 we as a group of 11 cricket players dined in around 2PM - 6PM for the 3rd time as a cool place in this month after the game.
Food and service was great. But one of us forgot the cricket hat and eyewear that evening. I came to the store on Monday noon from Santa Clara after my friend's effort over the phone went useless and gave my number to your employee to contact me back which never happened. Your employee refused to share your number so I'm reaching out here. I would greatly appreciate you all team if you could check the cameras for the finding of the hat and eyewear please.
We would be dinning-in year around since our league games are around your location.

Rudest workers that really need basic customer service training. They’re also so cheap on toppings and the interior is so dark. Cheap much where they couldn’t add more lights? They get a one star after the last experience because they canceled an order for a lack of reason and when keep asking them why they couldn’t even answer. Don’t ever buy from this place and it’s in a not so great location. There are many locations around so I highly recommend to avoid this location at all costs.

We had family get together at Mountain mikes, Alum rock location. We had such a wonderful experience, pizzas were so flavorful, wings were well done and crispy as we asked. Customer service was excellent, all employees had positive attitude towards us, very friendly and attentive. Dine-in area was neat and clean.
