Terrible service over the phone. Had to wait for someone to pick up the phone and got put on hold and hung up on! This happened twice so it could not have been an accident on the worker's part. This seemed like they were intentionally ignoring me and refusing to take my order over the phone. I then ordered off the website to at least try to get my order put in the system and made. Recommend that you should not call in to order and either go order in person or use the website.

A favorite comfort food of mine. Love their style of pepperoni. They're generous with the toppings. Good garlic knots and buffalo wings. Speedy delivery.
I forgot to customize to exclude bell pepper (a family member doesn't like it), I only put in a note in my online order, when I go to pick up, to included bell pepper. But they are happy to make me a different pizza. Very good service. Pizzas are AMAZING!

I am honestly at a loss when it comes to getting what I ask for. I ask, I beg, I put in pretty please instructions, I ask for double mushrooms. Whatever humanly possible. Just can't get them. Still maybe 4 mushrooms across the whole pizza. I love your pizza's, they are by far my favorites. Why can't you make the effort to look at instructions and give me what I pay for when I pay for double mushrooms.
