I ordered an extra large all meat pizza over the phone, and went to the location to pick up my order. I needed to use the restroom to pee, but it requires a code to get in. I asked one of the employees for a restroom code, and he asked me why? He refused to let me use the restroom even though I am a customer. I will never go to this pizza place ever again.

best customer service. best atmosphere. people there were all very friendly. the food was up to standard, all mountain mikes are consistently good. what really stood out was the friendliness of staff

Awesome low key hidden spot for watching sports. Food is usual Mountain Mike's quality. Really liked the 24 wing deal, where you can mix n match all flavors. The sizzling bacon was my favorite pizza there.

I called to place an order for pickup and asked what deals they had for a large one topping. During this time I found a coupon that I received in the mail and I told the guy on the phone that I’d rather take advantage of this deal and gave him the coupon code and the name of the deal. Then he tells me the total is $21.00, which didn’t sound right to me because it was for a large 1 topping, garlic bread and a drink. When I asked him this, he gave me an attitude and said you need to tell me what you want, which I did! Not my issue if you didn’t understand what I was saying. No reason to take it out on me! First and last time I try to place an order here. Will continue to go to my regular location.

It's a pizza joint. Nothing spectacular but edible. Servers were friendly and helpful. The dining room was clean but a little loud and visually cluttered with all the TVs.

It needs more of a heart if you know what I mean went there after our kids league baseball game and it was empty quiet and boring nothing was in including the games for the kids and all the employees were in the back no one to help us after the pizza came
