Food was pretty good but service needs serious improvement. After we were seated, it took at least 5 minutes before someone came to bring us menus and water (which were not refilled for the rest of our time there). Then, after ordering, we proceeded to wait a whole hour before receiving our food. As we had something planned after dinner, we had approximately 15 minutes to eat. We had made a reservation for this meal, so despite our large party size, they should have made at least...
I travel the US and lot and Ethiopian food is one of the types of food I like sampling from many places. The seasoning/cooking here is definitely above average, the service is very kind, and I even had some nice conversations with other customers. I was the only non-ethiopian in there. Casual atmosphere and good food at a very reasonable price. Stop in if you want to try something different.
we celebrated a friend's birthday and it was EXCELLENT! they made us feel so celebrated and welcome, we left with smiles and full bellies! great restaurant to enjoy a casual meal or a family celebration!
