We had our 14 year old's Birthday celebration and the kids had a blast non-stop for 3 hours and wanted to keep going for more! Because there's no alcohol served, I felt the place was very safe, family and kid friendly. There were a bunch of 5 yr kiddos in their super hero costume for their karaoke time with family too! But yea overall the place is great, service is good, rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated!!

Overpriced, literally very few popular songs, even English ones! The rates you see online are not correct FYI !

This place is jammed packed with young people who have a passion for karaoke singing. The sound system is professional and the decoration of the room is nice. It is strongly recommended to book a room in this place in advance if you are coming in a group more than 4 people and if you are staying for more than an hour. We ordered a few drinks and the taste is quite good to our surprise.
Kid-friendliness: It does not serve alcohol which is good.

An absolutely fantastic experience! Hands down the best KTV in the Bay Area. The audio equipment is top-notch, far surpassing anything you'll find at other KTVs in the area. The sound quality is crisp, powerful, and perfectly balanced, making every song a joy to sing. From the friendly service to the inviting atmosphere, this place has it all. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unbeatable karaoke night!

If you come frequently like me, join the membership would be very much worth it. Good audio system, song collection, snacks and drinks.
Parking: There's parking slots behind the building.

Music Tunnel KTV is my go-to for karaoke in the Bay Area! The staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure our night went smoothly. The sound quality is exceptional—every note comes through crystal clear. Plus, they’re always updating their song list, so there's always something new to sing. Whether you're here for a casual night out or a special occasion, Music Tunnel never disappoints!

Customers beware! We visited this karaoke last night and had an incredibly bad experience with the staff.
The karaoke machine wasn't working properly, allowing us to choose only a very limited number of songs. We called one of the workers to see if he could fix it. He tried to change the songs and restart the machine, and after a minute or two of silence, he said it was working and immediately left. We were surprised by his reaction, but when we tried the machine again, nothing was working. We had to call the staff for a second time. This time, the worker admitted that the machine wasn't fully functional but again left the room very quickly without offering any help.
At this point, we had no choice but to speak with the manager at the front desk. We approached the manager and politely explained the situation, but he immediately became defensive and, in a very aggressive manner, told us that there was no guarantee the karaoke would be functional. He then tried to gaslight us into staying by saying, "We have a great selection of songs; maybe you can try some other ones instead."
We were shocked but tried to remain composed and explain our side of things. He continued his aggressive ranting with statements like, "You are renting the room, not the karaoke machine, so there's no guarantee the karaoke will work at all" (which sounds like plain fraud if that's really how they operate).
I must emphasize that throughout our conversation with the manager, he never once tried to be helpful or understand our concerns. It wasn't just the manager who was problematic; the entire staff seemed to take pleasure in our frustration, with smirks on their faces as we tried to resolve the issue. I'm not exaggerating: the people working at this place are rotten and don't care about their customers for even a second.
They had one of our party member's driver's licenses on hold and refused to return it unless we paid the full price for the night, plus the cost of a tea we never even had a chance to drink.
Naturally, we refused and had to call the police to resolve the situation and retrieve the driver's license from these highly unprofessional people. Only after the police arrived did their attitude change, and they returned the driver's license.
We will never return to this place again. Save yourself a major headache and try a different karaoke place! The people working here have no idea how to treat customers—avoid at all costs!

We were charged $79/hour for six people. We did not know that would be the hourly rate as the handwriting on our card was difficult was hard to read. We were also disappointed by the fact there was no alcohol and some of the songs we wanted to sing were not available. I do agree it was kind of warm in the room sometime and the food was lackluster in my opinion.
Parking: There was no parking in the shopping center when I arrived and I had to park on the street a few blocks away. As a woman, it was a little scary to make that walk out to my car out by myself after at night.

Really wanted to love this place but it’s actually a terrible place to karaoke.
The parking outside is limited. Majority of the spots are reserved for other businesses. They don’t serve or allow alcohol. Poor ventilation and no air conditioning in the rooms. The place smells pretty rank by the end of the night.
The karaoke experience was fun enough but they unfortunately aren’t up to date. A lot of the newer songs on the radio aren’t available here either.
While it was still fun, we left early because it was hot and uncomfortable in our karaoke room.
