Called in a takeout order and waited over 45 mins to pick up. Wings were cold, seems they made them first and customer service was mediocre. Food is delicious, but if you’re going to give hole in the wall service, then pricing needs to reflect that.

I had a racist experience at Must Be Thai. We arrived early, but they gave the indoor seats to people who came after us. It was cold outside and they seated us outside, and no one came to serve us for over 20 minutes.

Terrible experience

4 of us (2 couples) decided to meet at this place for lunch. My wife and I reached sooner, and went in to ask if we can get a table for 4. The restaurant was almost empty, not even half full. They said you can't sit until all 4 arrive. Please stand outside.
We had to stand in the heat for 30 minutes.

If the restaurant was full, I'd have understood. But it was empty, and still we couldn't sit.

Their service is terrible. I ordered food and within a minute, I noticed green beans on the details. I called to inform them that I can’t eat green beans, but the guy said it was already made, and it had been only a minute. Either the food wasn’t fresh or the guy was lying to me. In any case, there are too many Thai restaurants. If you want good service, don’t come go to this restaurant. furthermore, to get anybody on the phone, you have to call back to back Due to their lousy, automated service. Just terrible Experience all around

The food was mediocre and not as great as other Thai places, and diners should also be aware of the billing policies.

Mandatory Gratuity Policy: The restaurant enforces a mandatory 20% gratuity for parties of 5 or more, including infants in that headcount. This 20% is calculated on the post-tax total, which significantly inflates the final bill. Our party of 4 adults and 1 baby was subject to this unfair policy.

Service: The service we received did not match the mandatory 20% charge. We had to ask twice for simple items like salt, as our first request was forgotten.

We found this to be an unfair practice.

Love the food here. I have not had a bad dish. They are also super on top of delivery orders which makes the couriers' job much easier. Highly recommend!

Food itself was good but the pick-up order was not ready when it supposed to be ready. I had to wait extra 30 more minutes so I was late for my event. Keep in mind if you plan to order for pick up. Frustrated.

We're ordering from the restaurant in this picture, the worst restaurant in the world. Takeout orders are ready in 10 minutes. They say they'll be ready in 20 minutes. Waiting here for half an hour and 45 minutes isn't enough. They keep us waiting for an hour and a half. Don't order from here, you'll regret it.
