Today just before I went to this store I ordered 3 drinks they gave 2 in 15min in that 1 drink dark night with chocolate ice cream was not at all taste good I didn't feel chocolate flavor just felt dink some plain drink with milk I ask them make it again and throw that one because I am so craving for that drink but there was no response from them then I ask make it or refund money the lady with lip rings and thin boy with little curls hair was so roud and seaing me and saying something and laughing each other when I ask questions about that drink and they make me wait for 45mins for my 3rd drink I have small baby with me became Soo craky because of that much wait . they are answering so rude and no option to cancel orders just because of my baby I was being patient with them ( I told I know you guys are busy with orders and having more work but please understand coustmer also) previous I drank same drink in that store lot of times I know the taste .

Ordered the crinkle cut fries with garlic Parmesan and they were WAY TOO SALTY I couldn’t eat them without having to drink a gulp of water between EACH BITE!! PLZ USE LESS

The experience was disappointing. The young employees were unprofessional, giggling and peeking from the back. They mixed up our drinks, didn’t know which was which, and offered no apologies or fixes. It felt awkward and frustrating, definitely not what we expected. The inside is nice though.

The lady working right now at 3:20 pm i felt was very rude. I come here like 2-3 times a week and i have never had an experience like this here before. I was here last night. Anyways, She has helped me on previous occasions, and i feel she speaks with a low voice and very straight forward, not welcoming over all.. but i never cared till today…The milkshakes i got was very melted, much more than usual. I brought it up to her attention and asked her politely if it’s normal, because the shake is not for me, but it’s not the first time i get this shake here..She looked at me confused, then said“yea?” Then She told me that my drink probably melted because it’s been sitting there for a long time after she called my name..
There Was an order ahead of me and I didn’t hear her call my name. The shake was only there for two minutes max-i only waited like 3 mins!.. So She made it again.. and again it was like half watery.. so I just asked for a refund.. she told me they don't do refunds and offered to do it again.. i told her that I wasn’t trying to be rude at all so im not sure what is going on.. (i understand if someone if having a bad day or something)..so after telling her that I wasn’t trying to be rude, i felt she understood it was not personal because she said “its ok” more nicely .. the third time it came out right!! Except you couldn’t taste the kitkat anymore😂 because when she was remaking it, she kept throwing the shake back into the blender and adding more scoops then adding back what fits into the plastic cup..overall, she is so petty, i don't think she expected me to remain calm & not be rude. I have no reason to be rude to her. Im only coming back because I understand its not the business fault, or is she the owner???

I popped in late at night after a workout, and despite the hour, the staff were super friendly and attentive. One of the employees recommended the Dark Night milkshake, and I decided to add protein powder to it—perfect for a post-workout treat! The shake was rich, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. The ambiance was great too, with a relaxed, welcoming vibe that made it a perfect spot to unwind. Overall, the combination of delicious shakes and a warm atmosphere made for a fantastic experience, even late at night!

I liked making my own custom milkshakes. I put oreos and chocolate sauce in mine, but i wish i had put strawberries in it too. it was a bit overly sweet but not as sweet as some vegan shakes i've had

This was by far the worst milkshake experience I've had. I have ordered 3 milkshakes one of he shake tasted terrible. To make matters worse, the staff member at the counter completely ignored me when I tried to explain the issue. I had to wait with no response, and when I returned the milkshake, staff member threw it in trash, no refund was issued. The lack of basic customer service and the rude attitude was shocking. Bad manners , I have Visited this place several times had great experiences before but the staff on duty tonight is rude . I won’t be coming back.
