Went to visit this place with my family and they were so helpful! The staff were so nice and patient while we figured out what shakes we wanted to make. Once we placed our order all our shakes came out really quick. Our shakes came out great! One note: if you really like candy chunks in your shakes, this might not be the place. The milkshakes were so smooth all of the flavors were entirely incorporated and you barely noticed the candy pieces (unless it had a really distinctive flavor). Would absolutely recommend and look forward to when we can come back again.

We had a blast in Downtown SJ just cruising around the SoSA Area, and milkshakes were a perfect treat. Alexis helped us and made delicious shakes. Also fun to know they sell snacks too. Small spot, huge flavors.

Staff didn’t look up till the third time I asked if they were still open. It’s 10:30 and your times say 11pm is the closed time. Adjust your hours accordingly or speak to your staff.

Love My Milkshake, although they are pretty pricy. Nearly $17 for a large milkshake. They tend to have catchy superhero names. Can't go here very often, but a once in a great while special treat.

Customer service was extremely poor, I consider them rude. For what the concept is in the Bay Area, the prices are average, not terrible but certainly not great by any means. Additionally don't expect help with a menu as there is none and what there is is extremely limited. They also don't serve WATER. I see a tap right there and cups, but I can't have water.

Dark Knight doesn't have hints of dark chocolate OR cheesecake. It's an overpriced Denny's Cookies and Creme milkshake with a 20 minute wait time. Couldn't even order sides of fries since their fryer was off. $16 is criminal..

I walked in at 10:45 pm and the business close at 11:00 PM. And the server refused to make milkshakes for me informing me that they were cleaning and had closed the business 30 minutes before 11:00 PM.
Just mention the true hours of your business so customers don’t have to walk out empty handed.
The server I guess (Alden) couldn’t even mention her name properly when I asked her. And there were 2 servers with zero customers, which shows their lazy attitude.
$16 milkshake! Pretty good shake, but $16–sheeeesh!

Today just before I went to this store I ordered 3 drinks they gave 2 in 15min in that 1 drink dark night with chocolate ice cream was not at all taste good I didn't feel chocolate flavor just felt dink some plain drink with milk I ask them make it again and throw that one because I am so craving for that drink but there was no response from them then I ask make it or refund money the lady with lip rings and thin boy with little curls hair was so roud and seaing me and saying something and laughing each other when I ask questions about that drink and they make me wait for 45mins for my 3rd drink I have small baby with me became Soo craky because of that much wait . they are answering so rude and no option to cancel orders just because of my baby I was being patient with them ( I told I know you guys are busy with orders and having more work but please understand coustmer also) previous I drank same drink in that store lot of times I know the taste .

Ordered the crinkle cut fries with garlic Parmesan and they were WAY TOO SALTY I couldn’t eat them without having to drink a gulp of water between EACH BITE!! PLZ USE LESS

The experience was disappointing. The young employees were unprofessional, giggling and peeking from the back. They mixed up our drinks, didn’t know which was which, and offered no apologies or fixes. It felt awkward and frustrating, definitely not what we expected. The inside is nice though.
