1. Spiderman milkshake is my favorite (16oz, chocolate ice-cream, banana, whey protein and whipped cream) 😋. I have heard good reviews about their other milkshakes too, but I like Spiderman too much to try something else 2. Parking in ParkSJ San Carlos street garage is free for first 90 mins and the store is around 5mins walk from there.

3.5/5 I got the Dark Knight milkshake which was pretty good and wasn't too sweet and not too thick which is ideal for me. The prices are a bit steep though, with a small (which really is quite small) being $7. Staff is friendly and service is quick. Still worth checking this place out.

Went to visit this place with my family and they were so helpful! The staff were so nice and patient while we figured out what shakes we wanted to make. Once we placed our order all our shakes came out really quick. Our shakes came out great! One note: if you really like candy chunks in your shakes, this might not be the place. The milkshakes were so smooth all of the flavors were entirely incorporated and you barely noticed the candy pieces (unless it had a really distinctive flavor). Would absolutely recommend and look forward to when we can come back again.

We had a blast in Downtown SJ just cruising around the SoSA Area, and milkshakes were a perfect treat. Alexis helped us and made delicious shakes. Also fun to know they sell snacks too. Small spot, huge flavors.
Staff didn’t look up till the third time I asked if they were still open. It’s 10:30 and your times say 11pm is the closed time. Adjust your hours accordingly or speak to your staff.

Love My Milkshake, although they are pretty pricy. Nearly $17 for a large milkshake. They tend to have catchy superhero names. Can't go here very often, but a once in a great while special treat.

Customer service was extremely poor, I consider them rude. For what the concept is in the Bay Area, the prices are average, not terrible but certainly not great by any means. Additionally don't expect help with a menu as there is none and what there is is extremely limited. They also don't serve WATER. I see a tap right there and cups, but I can't have water.

Dark Knight doesn't have hints of dark chocolate OR cheesecake. It's an overpriced Denny's Cookies and Creme milkshake with a 20 minute wait time. Couldn't even order sides of fries since their fryer was off. $16 is criminal..
