The place looked really nice with lots of seats, and the staff were really nice and friendly!
The drinks were not bad, but I would definitely pick a coffee drink over matcha. The matcha drinks didn’t have that much matcha flavour but the coffee drinks were tasty.
Also appreciated that there wasn’t an additional charge for oat milk!

First time visiting NCM Cafe, let me start by saying I love that they use Vietnamese coffee because it makes all coffee more wonderful. Secondly my drink tastes amazing, just enough sweetness and strong coffee flavor! I also was fascinated by the robot making the drinks, which I thought was awesome! And the staff are so friendly and great, would definitely recommend NCM café. Its a must try if your in the area. You won't be disappointed

they have such fun customized event drinks :) i like really sweet drinks and im glad to have the option to have a non caffeinated sweet drink. the space is great for working or chilling out with lots of rooms for solitary quiet work and tables for collaborating. amazed by how the space changes for every event hosted too :)
This is my third visit here. Last time it was too sweet, so I ordered it less sweet today. They kindly accommodated my request and made it for me. Today's drink was tiramisu coffee. The cream was delicious.

Any instant coffee is better than what you get here place. The menu is very misleading. I ordered a latte which was supposed to be 'creamy'. They say they use condensed milk but believe me there were no traces of milk in that coffee.
The coffee is very expensive too smaller than a Starbucks tall and pricier than a Starbucks Grande.
I guess you are paying for the atmosphere which is certainly great for business meetings. So don't be fooled by 4.8/5 star ratings if you are only visiting for coffee

Not worth the money to watch a machine click a coffee machine…. Other robot cafes have the robot making the espresso shots fresh and steaming the milk. This cafe simply has a robot that clicks a few buttons in which the machine makes the drinks. The drinks were super mid didn’t even taste like coffee. They just tasted like milk.
