Highly recommend this New Hoa Dang Vegetarian Restaurant in Bay Area. The best popular here I really like is Bun Hue ( Spicy Noodles Soup), Bun Rieu, Com Chien Ca Man (Salted Fish Fried Rice). Service really good and fast.

Totally in love with this restaurant! We came here to try a new Vietnamese vegetarian restaurant for us. We love trying different vegetarian restaurants in the South Bay. We ordered summer rolls, banana flower salad, bun hue chay, and bun cha ca chay. Everything was so good! Our favorite was the banana flower salad, so flavorful and full of texture with the crunchiness of the noodles and vegetables. My husband commented he loved the dressing of the salad. Portions were generous. There is a good amount of non-meat protein sources such as mock meat, seitan, or tofu that kept us full after eating. There is only one bathroom so I wish there was more bathrooms. Service was prompt and pleasant. It’s crowded here with people eating when we went so that’s a good sign.

This place has exceptional vegan and vegetarian choices. I always like to order the rolls and the pot pot here.

The food here is very tasty and the service friendly. We ordered the crispy tofu, combination spring rolls, and tai hot pot. I would give each of these 5 stars. The besg I've ever had. We also ordered the fish in clay oot which was just ok. This place is now my favorite vegetarian place.

We ordered spicy basil soup & Pho - both came in generous quantities. However, they did not have much flavor and barely had any veggies. $14.95 seems to be a bit too much for soup with few pieces of protein ( less than 10) and a lot of noodle. Also flavor is mediocre. I'm not sure what I'm paying $14.95 for.... Maybe I should have tried other dishes.....

The best vegan restaurant in town. I am a regular customer at this restaurant, and they have never disappointed me. All the dishes are tasty. All the staff are professional. I just love this place.

We went there for dinner. Very nice food. We got vegan grilled chili shrimps - those were fire . I got special pho and my husband had Pad Thai. We enjoyed our dinner very much. The service was slow. We waited around half an hour. We would probably opt for a take out from this place next time. The space was too small, busy and crowded for our liking.

Insanely good plant based authentic Vietnamese food. I'm so glad I came here with my Vietnamese friend and her family otherwise I would have had no idea what to order- the menu is very confusing if you don't already know Viet food. We ordered a variety of dishes to share, and every single thing was delicious. I especially liked the veggie fish in claypot and the fried rice. In general their vegetarian meats were all really great. It was a little unclear whether items were vegan or just vegetarian- on the bottom of the menu it says to let the server know if you are vegan, so I assume not everything is vegan by default. I told the server I was vegan but he did not have great english and didn't understand what we were trying to tell him. He said there was no egg in any of the dishes and the Vietnamese people with me said everything we ordered should be vegan. Overall the food was really delicious, but I highly recommend doing some research beforehand or coming here with someone who knows Vietnamese food to help you order.

Came here on a Saturday night at around 4 PM. Surprisingly, we were seated instantly. The service of taking orders was quick and the waiters give you enough time to actually think about what you want. I would have to complain on the menu how they didn't have certain items when I wanted to order it. They either need a menu update or just cross off the item in the menu if they don't serve it. It kind of discouraging also because it forces the customer to choose something else since they're not prepared for it. Mind you when this happened, the waiter was still at our desk so I felt rushed at the same time. I got their lemongrass chicken with tomato rice. The only good thing about the dish was the egg and chicken. Chicken was flavorful and the egg is just an egg but the rice wasn't special. It felt like there was no taste despite it being red. I'd probably come here to eat their noodle soups since that's what the people I came with got and theirs was delicious.

Some of the dishes were interesting, but taste wise they are not on par as some other vegetarian restaurants in the area.

We've recently ordered two to go items to try this restaurant out: 1) Salted fish fried rice: very flavorful and tasty (5 stars). 2) Pad Thai: tasty but a bit too oily (4.5 stars). The portions are good and the prices are okay. They charge $0.50 to each to go dish. The service is quick. We will be back soon to sample some more dishes.

Small place, when we went, no one was there. We were not hungry too, first let me tell you, you need quite some time to understand the menu, too complex and too big. As we were not that hungry, just ordered 2 items, a combination appetizer plate, believe its their number 1 menu item. Which had fried taro tempura, crispy tofu, cassava cake, and fried ed sticky rice. Dishes are very photogenic but do not have much flavor there, but texture wise were ok. You can down it with the given sauce. Another one was a pho kind of dish. Sorry, I forgot what the name was, but nothing memorable. Service was good. Communication was a little difficult, but it looks like they were doing good with togo orders. Personally, I won't be going there. As it is very intimidating to just look at the menu. May be if I understand the menu better, things would have been easier, and they don't have pics of all dishes either.
