Without a doubt the best Indian food in the bay. I've been to London multiple times and across the US, but New Indian cuisine is the best Indian food I have ever had. The naan is so good and crispy, and all the curry's are so rich. Ive probably eaten at New Indian cuisine over 30 times and it has always been great. Also Raj is the man!

Ordering: easily through the phone. Parking: Small lot, might need to street park if it's full. Food: Butter chicken & naan. Butter chicken 4/5 Very heavy butter flavor, non-existent tomato flavor (which every other butter chicken had heaps of in the area that i've tried). Was pretty good to eat with rice but I missed having a little bit of the tomato flavor. Good portion size. Chicken was tender. Naan was pretty standard, good sized pieces and paired well with the butter chicken. Was pretty happy with this meal and will be back in the future

We love this place! It is our go to Indian restaurant, mostly for takeout, but we ate there tonight and loved it as well. We always get either chicken tikka masala or butter chicken, rice and naan. My husband devours their veggie samosas. Tonight we tried a new fried chicken appetizer and loved it. We have also had the chicken biryani and love that too! Their naan is delicious, especially if you eat it there - fresh and hot! The owner's daughter that runs everything is so friendly and kind. She answers all our questions and is always so helpful. We look forward to seeing her everytime. We love local places that are run with love. That's this place. If you are looking for a fancy restaurant, I say change your tune and come here instead. Fancy is overrated. Support this local WG business and enjoy a great meal!

Food is really bland and tasteless. Nothing close to what Indian food is. Glass water was really dirty. I do not recommend this place at all.

The Tikka Masala full dinner was delicious and perfect for two meals. It was the perfect amount of creamy and the white boneless chicken was so yummy! It seems like a family run business. The hostess and the cooks in the back seemed to be working hard on each unique dish ordered! I will definitely be back with my family!! I personally give 4 stars because I enjoy my Tikka Masala with a lot of spice- maybe next time I will ask to adjust my spice level.

Walk in orders to go are swift and lovingly attentive. Plenty of indoor/outside tables for the amount of space they work with. Parking is limited, but iv never seen it crowded, so give them a try!Parking: Parking is limited, but I've never seen it crowded.Wheelchair accessibility: To get inside may be a squeeze, but it is accessible.

Their chicken biryani is really good. It was the right level of spices and was very flavorful.Being a regular patron of Indian restaurants in the Seattle area, I had the opportunity try their chicken biryani on a trip to the Bay Area. It has since become one of my favorites. ?

Solid hole in the wall Indian restaurant in Willow Glen- this is our default spot when in the area as there aren't many Indian restaurants around Willow Glen. We get the chicken tikka masala and the palak paneer to go with a garlic naan and onion kulcha. The people who run this place are super friendly - support a local business!

I'm giving this spot a current overall rating of a "3," but I am willing to give them another try, since I've been told the butter chicken is tasty, I just didn't know the menu calls it something else (makhanwala)... I looked over the menu multiple times, but missed it in the description - ugh! My own fault, but still a bummer! Pros: my family liked the chicken tikki masala, that had good flavor. Cons: the chicken tikka (grilled, no creamy sauce) was quite dry. It was kinda hard to eat on its own, even with squeezing the lemon it came with on it (and I squeezed every last drop!) Eventually we just put it all in the masala sauce, so that we could eat it. The garlic naan has potential, we've had better, but it has good elements to it. Maybe it was over steamed from the delivery... the texture was off. And not a pro or a con, more of an FYI- the prices aren't so bad, but then the portions aren't so big either (kind of a wash in that regard). I think if I had just ordered the chicken masala, garlic naan, and the butter chicken, maybe it would have been rated higher. Will try again and let you know afterwards!

I'm not sure if some of the other reviewers came on a bad day, or if they reworked their recipes, but this is the BEST Indian food in San Jose! We love Indian and we've tried a bunch of places in a 10-mile radius of downtown, and this place is by far the best. Pro Tip: order a bit spicier than you think. We asked for medium spicy, but got mild. (Maybe they saw me as a white dude and didn't think I could handle it?) Super friendly older gentleman kept calling me Mister Nick and was very endearing. Def order takeout, as the restaurant is pretty tiny. We got the chicken tikka masala plates with garlic naan and rice, and it fed both of us for two meals, so you get a ton of food . We will be definitely be coming back.

Some of the best Indian food ever! Truly a hidden gem, the owner could not be sweeter, and the food is incredible.

We ordered chicken biryani and coriander chicken. Both were poorly prepared and tasteless. The biryani rice was under cooked, had a lot of food color but almost no flavor. The corridor chicken was tasteless too and the chicken quality seemed pretty questionable.

Food is exceptional. Smallish seating area, and went on a Friday night when they, were experiencing a very high volume of to go orders. As a result, service was not optimal. I'll try on a weeknight to see if service improves.
