ZERO STARS if I could!
I honestly don’t even know where to begin. I’ve been coming to this location since I was a kid, so I’ve always trusted their food and service — but after what happened recently, I’ll never set foot here again.
I ordered the lobster noodles, something I’ve enjoyed countless times before. Halfway through, I noticed something that made my stomach turn — a strand of hair tangled in the noodles. Completely disgusting. I tried to be understanding and calm about it, figuring mistakes happen. I didn’t even demand a refund — I simply asked them to remake the dish.
But when I went back to pick up the replacement (and yes, I returned the box with the hair in it), the worker had the audacity to tell me that “the lobster must have eaten hair,” and that’s why it was in the food. Excuse me??? What kind of explanation is that? It’s beyond ridiculous and insulting to my intelligence.
Still, I stayed polite and took the replacement meal. But when I got to my car and opened the second box — you guessed it — another hair. At that point, I was completely disgusted and furious. Not only did they serve me contaminated food twice, but the staff was also rude and dismissive about it.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Hygiene clearly isn’t a priority here, and neither is basic respect for loyal customers. I used to recommend this place to friends and family, but now I’ll be warning everyone to stay far away. If you care about cleanliness, professionalism, or just not finding hair in your food, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

We’ve been coming here for years, but this time the fried rice cake wasn’t fully fried. It was white and soft instead of crispy. The yellow part in the photo is just egg.

This restaurant is not going to survive long, it looks lonely no customer.
The service is terrible, attitude, no smile, and very mean. The two brothers (waiters) should stay home and not provide service if they want their business to survive longer but I think it's too late, so many customers have left. When customers leave, it's very hard to get them back.

Worst Chinese food in San Jose. Food was a joke. Mandarin orange chicken was 2 sliced chicken tenders with an orange syrup on the side. Disgusting flavor. Also egg roll description said pork and vegetables, the egg rolls had 0 meat of any kind. Feel like i got scammed out of my money. Never coming here again.

Best Lobsters Noodle for $25. No other restaurant has their Seafood Kingdom Fried Rice. They also have the best Seafood Chow Fun.
The staff here were extremely rude, it’s literally run by homeless people as cheap under the table labor, the food is bland, the owners seemed mad annoyed at customers especially the middle aged Asian owner who took our order. You’re better off at tk noodles or somewhere else, this place isn’t what it used to be. Never again!
The restroom is disgusting and they never clean up and it smell bad and chopstick is cover by grease with green onion including the plate and the bowl of soup
Ordered takeout and found clump of hair in the fried rice?!
Restaurant only refunded one box of food instea of the whole order which was completely disappointing.

My first time here. The food is ok, nothing outstanding. The atmosphere is depressing. I would recommend takeout.

Bad food and quite possibly even worse service. I’m Chinese and understand that service at Chinese restaurants is not always at the forefront. However even by those standards this restaurant had terrible service. We ordered a pre-set banquet meal and the waiter yelled at us for not making room for him on the table…when he was the one who set the dishes. He slammed down the last dish and we didn’t see him the rest of the meal. We literally had to bring back the dirty dishes to the front because no one came after that. Rude service that eventually became absent. Maybe he was having a bad day? Seemed very angry he from the beginning.
Food was of questionable quality. Would stay away from the seafood.
