Rarely do I goto noodle houses like this but went with a friend today.
Flavors were pretty good and size was solid as well. Can't say anything was bad and it was above my expectations.
Pricing is also quite fair for the portions so worth a try.

No flavor, food is bland. Food honestly is just nasty and wouldn’t recommend it here. I’m surprised this place even has 4 stars

This place is probably slept on by many. Some of the best food at very fair prices in the bay. Nothing fancy, good food, good service, and very clean.

2-3 stars objectively but I want to put 4 stars for memories. You've been here; you know it; it's exactly the same. This location is cleaner and faster than in Mountain View.
If you've never been, it's big cheap fast and crowded. Mostly Mexicans who call it Chinese, but it's Vietnamese. Dishes are mostly dough, some meat, and rarely any vegetables. It's not very good food or dining experience but it's comfortable.
I'd recommend the taro fried dough with egg (warning contains peanut!) Or rice noodle soups. We always get a couple pounds of frozen meatballs and a cup of orange juice when we pay. It's the only reason we come anymore.
Used to be $6 before the pandemic, but now it's $12 for a bowl.

Very busy on Friday 1/3. We ended up going somewhere else. Can't blame them, this weather is perfect for soup!
Amazing food! Friendly staff

The spicy beef sate rice sticks are fenomenal. All rice cake noodles are great, authentic, very flavory. Everything came in large portions and we couldn’t finish three plates between the three of us. We definitely want to go back!

Bad customer service, chasing customers out if you don’t order right away when just sitting down. Can’t even wait for a friends to arrived
The cheapest, tastiest, most bang for buck eatery combo around. Great for filling your stomach in relative privacy due to each booth being surrounded by clear walls. It's also fairly quiet in there when busy as a result. The Pad Thai and clear noodle soup house special were great. Generous portions especially for the meat. Quite clean as well.
Definitely worth going back to again...and again.
Kid-friendliness: There are walls separating each booth which helps with not having kid fingers in your hair.

We used to go to the New Tung Kee in Grilroy before the pandemic, which offered authentic and delicious teuchew noodles. We tried the same item at this store and it was a huge disappointment! Not only did it lacked flavor, several key ingredients were omited. Very disappointed.
