I used to come here all the time and honestly, the pizza is pretty good. Not the best in town, but solid. That said, I recently came across some flyers posted around Alum rock that really gave me pause. They mentioned some serious concerns about the owner and how he’s not stepping up as a father.
As a single mother myself, this hit a nerve. I believe that if you have the means and responsibility to run a business, you should also be taking care of your children. No exceptions. I can’t in good conscience keep supporting a business where the owner isn’t handling his personal responsibilities, especially when kids are involved.
So while the food may still be decent, I’ve made the decision to spend my money elsewhere. I’d rather support places that align with my values and that starts with putting family first.

Stopped in hoping for a solid slice, but left with more regret than satisfaction. The crust was weirdly tough, like it was baked in a rush or maybe just sat out too long. Cheese had that plasticky vibe, and the sauce? If flavorless cardboard had a cousin, that’d be it.
Also, not sure what’s going on behind the counter, but the energy felt more like a high school group project than a business. Lots of noise, not a lot of focus.
Won’t be back. Better spots nearby that actually care about what they’re serving.

Gave this place a shot and walked away really disappointed.the pizza didn’t taste fresh,the crust was dry and oddly tough,sauce had barely any flavor,and the cheese wasn’t melted evenly,just felt thrown together. The place itself seemed a bit run-down.the tables hadn’t been properly cleaned,trash was overflowing,and no one really seemed to be paying attention to the customers.it wasn’t busy,but somehow everything felt rushed and careless. I don’t usually leave reviews,but this one earned it.won’t be returning

I used to be a regular here, but lately both the pizza and cleanliness have really gone downhill. The pizza just isn’t good anymore. Toppings are sparse and the crust is dry. On top of that, the tables were sticky and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The bathroom wasn’t in great shape either. It’s hard to enjoy your meal when the place feels neglected. Definitely needs improvement.

It reminded me of something you’d get out of a school cafeteria. On top of that, the wait time was ridiculous for how empty the place was, and when the food finally came, it wasn’t even hot. Staff acted like they were doing me a favor by taking my order /zero customer service, no energy, no care. Whole vibe just felt sloppy and unprofessional. Waste of time and money. If you’re craving good pizza, this ain’t it.

There was a SCREW in my pizza!!!!! I ordered thru grub hub and it was made and delivered in great time!! Everything was great until I bit down on a solid piece of metal and chipped a tooth!!!!!! I immediately called the restaurant and they told me they wouldn't have done that they "make their food well". The guy also tried to blame Grub Hub, but it was CLEARLY baked into the food!! They said they didn't have a manager working today and I should call back TOMORROW!!! Like what in the hell?!? My daughter's and I were eating the pizza!! They could have Choked!!!!*Sorry for the ABC picture*

The name of the place said "New York..." but once I picked up my $32 pizza look like a $10 pizza from a frozen supermarket and tasted like 7-11 food. The quality is so bad, the Dough of the Pizza is the most IMPORTANT but it so bad...I'm very picky with my Dough...the money isn't an issue. But Customers expect ger what they paid for...I'm surprised thus place lasted thus long...OMG ????☻️☻️?

I had my order delivered and gave the driver a $10 tip in cash. Never gave them permission to charge anything other then the purchase amount of $27.06 after pending the amount changed to $37.06 they charged a ten dollar tip after I gave the driver cash tip. I even have my ring camera to prove it.
