House Special Lobster 🦞 is amazing! Highly recommend

I came here at 7 PM on a weekday for a family member's birthday dinner. It was at around 20 percent capacity (which gradually filled up to around 80 percent by 8 pm). Our family ordered the salted fish fried rice (com chien ca mang), clams in XO sauce, fried fish filet, seafood hotpot (lau hai san), and beef salad (goi tai chanh).

Each dish had really big portions compared to the other Viet/Chinese family style restaurants I've been to in San Jose and they were all tasty. My favorite was definitely the beef salad but my family seemed to enjoy the seafood hotpot the most.

At the end we also got a cup of grass jelly/basil seed drink as a dessert/refreshment which was a nice addition. Service was decent too.

I'm not sure how this place has the amount of stars that it has but I thought it was pretty dang good.

I ordered party trays but I didn’t feel happy the food I ordered. I ordered chicken salad but they didn’t removed chicken bones in the salad. And the bones are so big when you eat, you need to remove them from the tray. For the pad Thai tray , it didn’t look like pad Thai. All you see only noodle. The kitchen people did very bad job, I wouldn’t come back there again. The management should check the way people work in the kitchen.

Beautiful. The staff is funny and incredibly nice, open, and friendly. Their food really brings Nha Trang to California! Their yogurt is also very delicious and popular.

My vietnamese isn't as good as it should be. But you know what? We managed to get through the language barriers, and fill out stomachs with some pretty decent foods. Not being familiar with what the area of Nha Trang (芽莊) is known for, I just settle for the things I could pronounce. Went with the Cơm Bì Sườn Nướng (The Porkchop with the shredded pork skins over rice). The porkchops were charred well on the outside, so it wasn't bad. A little overdone on the inside for my personal taste, but still not bad.
Language barriers aside though, they can be a bit too busy to attend to you immediately, and the staff can get tired. So just be aware.

One of the popular restaurants in San Jose. The owner is considered as a Vietnamese celebrity; she has her own cooking show on the Vietnamese channel.

The best Vietnamese seafood and roll place around. All the seafood is fresh and comes with wonderful herbs.

My favorites were the clams with punchy lemongrass and the chicken or beef salad. The chicken salad (not pictured) came with so much chicken it was ridiculous! Cha gio came out really really hot and took around 10mins for it to crisp up. Bun rieu was very solid, but the huyet wasn't the best.
Nam neung or snail weren't anything special but will satisfy a craving.

This place has gotten much cleaner than a few years ago, although I still wouldn't call it clean.
