I've seen this place featured in YouTube videos, and on our visit, we happened by and decided to check it out. As folk mention in other reviews, there is a line, but the shop has handling this down pat. They have many servers who move up and down the line distributing menus and taking orders, then they run your order out to you in the blink of an eye. The ice cream itself is amazing. The amount of flavors available is, frankly, mind-boggling. Don't be afraid to try something new! Delicious. A must stop for anybody visiting Tlaquepaque.
