Greetings and a Happy New Year to you all! As always, when there is an event that my wife and I tend to, I always leave everything for the last minute! Here I am, at the 11th hour and cannot find a western blazer jacket in my size and in the style I prefer. Called the store and was greeted kindly on the phone by Mr. Javier. After a little Q & A he assured me he had the size and style I was looking for. Unfortunately, even though the jacket was in my size, it didn't sit well with the outfit I had in mind. Mr. Javier went to work to find the right one in his store! After numerous try's I found a great looking jacket that fit my style. Mr. Javier expressed superb customer service and something that you don't really see anymore, concern. He expressed his concern for finding the right merchandise and seeing to his customer's satisfaction. I'm definitely returning to his store for all future western wear apparel. Highly recommend!!
