First time here! Really great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful and helping me decide what to get for an early meeting. The have various items to choose from on their menu which helps make it easy to choose something for everyone. I was in and out and happy with what I picked up. The food was great! The bagels were fresh and on point. Definitely will be back.

Wanted a bagel. Pulled around the side at 1:30 because the handicap parking was full. Employee inside watched me through the window. Got to the door at 1:33 and it was locked. Sign says that they close at 2:00. I certainly won't make that mistake again.

Good bagels considering Bay Area. But the place had homeless when we dined it . It made the whole experience uncomfortable and felt unhygienic

Just walked into this location, sat in line behind what look like the line at a spot that wasn’t even where it said to order went to walk up and the person at the front desk said the line doesn’t start there and started to serve somebody else who had just walked into the building Terrible service will not be going to this location again

Placed a picked up order when I am at the mall. Waited there over 30mins and see other walk-in after me leaves with a warm breakfast. I had let the cashier know I am there for the pickup order. No one making the online order in those 30 mins.
