It was busy and everyone was putting in their orders. I just got my three cinnamon raisin bagels and last l left. Mornings are always busy.

They forced me to tip. You can only do $1, $2, $3, or $4. On the screen there is no "No Tip" option. They don't even provide service.

2nd time they don’t have the bagels i ordered. The guy tried to make me feel guilty for him, refunding my money because he says he’s losing money. I said no you’re not I’ve paid already and he’s like well. My tool will be short, but in the long run it’s the same freaking thing, never going back there.

Best bagels in the Bay Area!
I wasn't sure about the atmosphere of the store when I picked it up, but it was clean and nice to look at while waiting. There are no tables inside the store and only outdoor seating is available. The chocolate spit/cinnamon sugar bagel and strawberry cream cheese were all delicious and good, and the Chorizo Avocado Sunrise, which combines the spiciness of jalapenos and the softness of avocado, was especially delicious and I think I'd want to eat it again.

I think it's a good place, good sandwiches and good service, but when it comes to coffee, Malicious knows more water than coffee and there are no alphabets,?
Always fresh bagels and quick service. We come here almost every Sunday after Church. Kids love it!
The bagels tasted like a combination of subway sandwich bread and cleaning products. The food was terrible, but the service was fine.
I used to love their bagels, but this location is being so skimpy on their shmear. I am sure it is a location problem because I have been to the one in Santa Clara and they have kept their standard amount of Shmear. The same for years.
My favorite morning hangout for a quick breakfast and coffee. Plenty of parking and a lot of friendly folks who sit and have a bite or two here and at the adjacent Peets Coffee.
