Friendly, patient , and helpful staff.Average portions in one-time-use containers ??Decent food a bit on the saltier side. Many of the tables were dirty during our visit. However I did see the staff clean them after we sat down. It's nice that they have child high seats and booster seats, but they were ALL dirty and sticky ?Vegetarian options: A few labeled vegetarian dishes. ?

I thought the price for these little bowls of noodles was not worth it. The food itself tasted alright in my opinion. It was worth a try but, I wouldn't go again.

Food was terrible and expensive. Servers were not nice.Very salty and dry. I ordered the Japanese noodles and the noodles were undercooked. Customer service is very lacking. As a business owner myself, there's a right and wrong way to treat a customer. Didn't tell me sauce was extra until id paid and was very short and unfriendly. Would not recommend this place for what you pay.

I love the buttered noodles at this place!Parking: It's somewhat of a busy plaza but if you park a little further you will definitely find parking.

The food was OK but not enough. It's a little bit greasy for me. Overall, I like this place. Customer service is medium because I like people who are smiling and greeting when selling things.

I'm too sick to be angry. Lucky you... I ordered chicken noodle soup and it may as well be broth and noodle soup. I literally counted 4 measly pieces of the most minuscule tid-bits of chicken. Smaller than a dime. In fact, smaller than half a dime. And for $10... this cost you less than $3 to make guaranteed. You're screwing people over. Never ever coming here again. Should have gone with my gut and ordered Panera.

Food was great. I got the Japanese pan noodles with Chicken. Got cheese bread to share. They have a CocaCola free style machine. My son got cheese pasta and he enjoyed it. We got two side Cesar's as well.

The food is very good. The pigs ears and dumplings especially are delicious. The place is small and a typical small chain quick service restaurant. Clean, but the restrooms could use a little more attention. The service was good. Very young servers but enthusiastic and attentive.

It's sad here. Food, ambience everything here is sad. $32 dollars for these small ass bowls and a couple of fountain drinks. There's probably two dozen drinks to choose from and only 4 are available.

Beware of ordering from here via mobile app! On 9/24/23, I ordered for delivery and the DoorDash driver "got lost" and their "GPS sent them the wrong way". DoorDash couldn't get a hold of the driver either, so thinking my order was stolen. On the app, the only contact they have is the store. I called the store 3 times with no answer. Finally staff answered on the 4th call and stated my order was picked up, so there was nothing they could do. On the noodles app there was no contact for DoorDash other than the driver who was ignoring my calls. Eventually DoorDash called and I asked if I wanted to cancel/refund my order. This was about an hour after food was picked up from store. I said yes and DoorDash called the store and got me in touch with the same staff from earlier who then said my refund would be processed by them the next day. 10 business days later and still no refund . I do like the food & quality (and apparently the DoorDasher did too) but will take a lot for me to be a customer again.

Food is ALWAYS fresh, and I order here a lot. Consistently, fresh food is rare. I appreciate the zoodle option, as it's my go-to "noodle." Good, attentive service. One of my favorite fast, casual places. As far as people complaining about portion size. You can add more noodles for a buck or two. Or double your portion of protein. I find the price reasonable for what you get. The caloric content is definitely a normal meal size.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, vegan, vegetarian

Good idea. Way too salty. This is coming from a person that loves their food salty.

A good place for a quick meal. For fast food joint food was quite good. We have tried several of the dishes and have not been disappointed yet. Parking in the mall is tight and you have to search.

My sister and I ordered online and picked up our order. I ended up getting the Japanese pan noodles with marinated beef. I was disappointed as the mean did not have much flavor and there was only 2-3 pieces of beef. My sister had the same issue with her Mac and cheese. She did add chicken to her meal which they did deliver on. We decided to get an order of the cheesy garlic bread which was the best thing we had. It definitely made up for the rest. It was really good, especially with the marinara sauce.
