True fan of Shepards Pie. There is the worst I have had in 4 years. Greasy and flavorless. Rear exit was wide open. I went out the rear exit. Door clearly signaling rear exit. Bar tense walked out and saw me in the openly accessible exit area and freaked out because they have an access elevator in same area. He immediately closed my tab and asked me to leave.
Clueless staff. Bad food. Off limits areas decided by unstable staff. Bald white bearded guy first on list.

Brought a couple of friends here to all have our first Irish coffee and man this place made our trip from LA worth it. Delicious drinks and amazing service from the bartender she was very friendly and made amazing drinks. The selection is incredibly wide from their well Bourbon Buffalo track to Pappy van Winkle wow.

BEN IS THE WORST BARTENDER, do not under any circumstances be served by this man. I am extremely disappointed by the awful customer service I received from this bartender. When I came into this bar, there were only roughly 10 people inside and barely any wait time to get to the bartender. However the minute I sat down at the counter, the bartender Ben aggressively and rudely demanded my ID. I had no interaction previous with this man and was extremely shocked and appalled to receive such undeserved treatment. He then proceeded to speak to me and many others around me in a demeaning and belittling manner until I decided not to order from this man and to leave the bar on my own. This is shameful behavior from a bartender and business that has had such a long history in San Jose and disappointing to know this bartender continuously treats so many others so poorly
