Normally I would give a 5 star rating because we really enjoy Olive Garden. This recent visit was a disaster. Our server was rude, made us order our own appetizers on the kiosk, didn’t refill drinks, and one of our meals didn’t even come out until the rest of us had already finished our meals. We had to flag down our server several times to ask where the missing meal was, even flagged down other servers to go check on it. We had also ordered the never ending dipping sauce...
It really is TRUE that when you're here you're family! Recently, a family member suggested a particular restaurant, where myself, my sister, my grandson and my grand daughter in-law, and my great grand daughter and great grandson could all catch up with each other. But, when I, instead, recommended Olive Garden, it was enthusiastically agreed to, right away.

I have been regular customer for Olive Garden all you can eat soup and salad & breadsticks for 10+ years. I can assure you that it's a very cost effective lunch and worth every penny!
