Parviz, the General Manager, exceeded our expectations and made our visit truly memorable. His dedication to providing above-and-beyond service did not go unnoticed. Renee was equally delightful, adding to the warmth and hospitality we experienced. Paired with the delicious food, this visit ensures we’ll be returning again.

Amazing food and atmosphere in downtown San Francisco - I think the best Enchiladas Mole I've ever had.

Highly recommend the chips and guac. Everything tasted handmade from scratch, including the chips.

Harvinder was a great waitress, and while attentive did not make me feel rushed.

Was recommended the guacamole & the priciest margarita by the server (very polite server but I wonder if shes eaten here lol) & the guac was actually just smashed avocado topped with pico de gallo. The chicken in the roasted chicken mole was hard, the knife couldnt cut through it.
My low atmosphere rating is because i sat outside with my dog & the tables around me were LOUD & 1 table was arguing with each other about work.
My bill for 1 entre, 1 cocktail, chips & guac, & a 20% tip was $75 dude! No bueno.

Our server was slow to take our order, bring drinks, we received our food before our first drink. We ordered a 2nd drink and didn't receive that until after we were done with our food. I ordered tacos and the Al Pastor & Birria tacos were very bland, no flavor at all. Just not a very good experience.

Passing thru on our way back to San Diego yesterday. We gave Olla a try!
Our server Renay was really helpful and attentive! She had us laughing the whole time! (she recommended the tacos) thanks sweetie!!
I know what a good fish taco tastes like, and you guys hit the mark! Fire!!! We will be back next trip!

Lovely Mexican restaurant in the heart of San Jose. The tacos were tasty. Our group also share some chips and guacamole and the chips were on point. Drinks were great; they have a lot of variety. Our server Mateo was patient, attentive and efficient. We really enjoyed our visit.

Our first time here and it was great! We sat at the bar and met Esmeralda. She was awesome! Very welcoming, friendly, and her service was outstanding! Thank you for your hospitality, Esmeralda!

We had been here a year ago and it was fine but this time most of the food was bad. The ceviche tostada was bad and very fishy tasting. The al pastor taco was bad. The guac was too salty. Worst of all was the water. It tasted awful.

Mateo was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Had lots of questions and was able to answer them all.

Overall experience was good. Good for large groups. The chips and guacamole and the Al pastor tacos were great. Don't order the carafe, only serves 3 short drinks. Waitress said it served 5-6 drinks. Order Individual drinks for better value. I would come back again.

EDIT: I saw you responded, but you didn't put your phone number or email and I can't reply to your message unfortunately.

I decided to write a review because I am still really traumatized from the night we had dinner here. We decided to come here for my birthday for a birthday dinner with friends.
Although we know the food is not authentically Mexican, we decided to go and try it again for the second time. Honestly, the food was not good, especially for the price.
Now, the reason for my review. We told the waiter, before we ordered that my husband has a peanut allergy.
My husband started eating his quesabirra and he enjoyed them. Afterwards, he decided to eat his beans (they were on the side). As soon as he tasted them, he felt that feeling when he tastes peanuts. He stopped eating them and we asked the waiter if it could be cross contamination or if, for some reason, the beans contain peanuts? He looked confused and said that their beans do not contain peanuts, he would asked the back. Obviously, he came back and said not here wasn't a cross contamination.

Fine. He didn't eat anymore after that. We paid and then left. He was fine. This was 8 pm. We continued celebrating my birthday and went to the Ritz for Emo Night. He started feeling a bit off around 11:30 pm but he thought it might be the alcohol and his asthma was acting up. He stopped drinking and we continued jamming out.
Emo night ends and we get outside and he's face is swollen/red (we can see better once we're outside). And that's when we realized he's going into anaphylactic shock. We rush him to the ER and they get him in right away. He's inhaler helped sustain the shock a bit and it kept his lung ways open for a bit more.
We stayed there until 6 am after they administered medication for him.

We highly believe that the tacos he ate were cross contaminated with mole (it can look the same after being fried in the sauce - and mole contains peanuts). He has never gotten a reaction like this in his life. We think that after his food was digested, that's when it caused the anaphylactic shock. Hours later.

Service is meh. Food is not good, price is ridiculous. I would later go to a taco truck on the corner or Luna's Mexican kitchen. Better food & price.

want good food and service. Try Olla. I have to say the service is tops. We are Fanime die hards. We found this place last year. From the moment we walked in wearing our costumes Rene the bartender was welcoming and loved our costumes! She was a blast! Her drinks hit the spot! She was definitely a fun part of our Night! Great service girl...she never let our glass get empty! The food....was delicious! The mole was on point! Great job guys! See you next year!
