Ended up going here by chance and very happy we did! All the ingredients were prepared to perfection, good quality and fresh. We ended up sharing one box between the two of us for lunch as it is a fairly sized portion for one box. The staff was patient, well spoken and helpful. Definitely going here again and I hope they open more branches in south bay!
Came just before noon on a weekday and it wasn't very busy. Pretty easy to order here. True to their word, they made each bowl with very great portion sizes! The ingredients tasted really good too.
We also ordered the rice stick and sausage skewers which came with 2, and was quite yummy as well. Overall really enjoyed this spot and would come back. Good amount of seating inside too.

The standard size is $18.95 for just two proteins. They do have other options besides poke like chicken and steak but those don't look so hot.
The other reason I think it is a tad expensive is that you have to pay additional for "premium toppings" like seaweed salad which is just considered a regular topping at most places. Also, some places give an unlimited amount of toppings in a certain category but for this one, you get to choose only 4 toppings...
