I have been craving Hawaiian food. I looked around and could not find anything open because it was late evening. Ono was open and near closing, but the staff happily assisted me with my order and gave me solid ordering advice to decide what I wanted to eat. Thanks to team members like the ones at Ono’s, I can enjoy my meals knowing I made a good decision on my food choice.

Have tried Ono a couple of times at other locations. Found it to be just "ok". Tried again at this location and it seemed to be waaaay better....freshly cooked, not dried out. I don't know what this location does different, but keep it up! I enjoyed it!

The food here is so good and the restaurant is very clean. One of my favorite places to eat.
Called almost 30 mins before closing to place a pick up order and the girl on the phone said they couldn't take my order because they were so close to closing. I would've understood if it was 10-15 mins but a whole 30 mins is insane. Probably won't come here with the bad service.
Zero stars. Ordered off the Yelp app, they messed up my order and argued w me about fixing it. I offered to pay extra. The server was super rude.

yo no recomiendo este lugar del todo . mi esposo ordenó no arroz para un plato y me ponen arroz ? que les hace pensar que pueden mandar lo que ustedes quieran ? las "costillas"" eran solo grasa . espero dejen de mandar lo quieran y entreguen lo que el cliente pide y merece . buena comida.

My favorite Hawaiian spot in California. I get the Misubi and it never disappoints. The staff was very friendly and kind here. Me and my husband felt very welcome here. I recommend trying their food, it can satisfy many different people’s food preferences.
Varies who is cashier. Since January on 2024 I will say it went up a dollar in price. My plate was 13.69 now 14.69
