Lamp Pita with fries and Brick Roasted Kotopoulo were delicious! The service was great, and there was definitely enough food! Inside wasn't too busy, there was no wait for 2 people, around 6:30p on a friday evening. There wasn't a lot of food pictures posted so I made sure to get one! Lol

One word - Avoid this specific place . Went in really excited but was quite disappointed Food - felt super heavy and very greasy. It was bland with all the sauces on it. Would not recommend. Service - only 4 tables were occupied including us and 4 waiters but took 25 mins. There was only waitress running bar, takeout and service (poor thing). It's not her fault at all but cmon get the woman some help.

I was sadly disappointed in my visit to Opa. Our appetizer was good but my entree sucked. I had the shrimp and scallops skewers with wild rice. Shrimps were all cold, half of them were not even on the skewer when my plate was delivered. Scallops were good as was the wild rice. I had a side of green beans for $8. It was a very small portion that came in a bowl sauteed with a bunch of onions. Did I mention the portion was small? Anyway, we won't be going back anytime soon. Service was good. Place is cute but pretty empty for a Thursday evening.

This a fun stop to enjoy some traditional Greek food. The service & atmosphere are the strong points. The food is prepared well and has a good presentation.Parking: The restaurant is directly attached to a multi floor parking garage and there are various areas for street parking.

Second review for Opa! First time around, service was spectacular but food fell short. This time, food had more standout appearances for appetizer and dessert! Tldr; calamari (Frito Misto) is delicious and the Greek yogurt panna cotta is to die for. Vibes are nice with the servers frequently shouting Opa! while setting cheese on fire. Noticeably the sound carries weirdly in the dining room and you always have to borderline shout to be heard (in my experience). The lemon chicken orzo was okay, but chicken breast chunks were over cooked and charred, which surprisingly did not add to the flavor. The lemon sauce is already tart so the charring only adds more bitterness to the dish. Greek peach cocktail was rather nice, but mostly ice in the glass left me wanting more for the $13

My Special Angel and I had the Greek Burger Ground beef and lamb infused with Greek spices, tzatziki, butter lettuce, ripe tomatoes, red onions, crispy onion strings on a toasted potato bun. The next time we are in San Jose, we will return.

Below average. Went with a group of friends and everyone had a certain criticism to say about the food. - Rice was stale, old, reheated. - Staff was not busy, yet inattentive. - Chicken was overcooked and dry The meal was just not worth the price.

Nice ambience outdoor next to fountain. Food is average. The flavor is missing. Service is ok, seems understaffed. But apparently they’re not hiring waitstaff?

Nice food, dependable service, consistent quality of everything. It tends to be quiet during weeknights, which gives an occasional feeling of being forsaken l - but that can be nice for an intimate evening, too.

I always enjoy coming here. I love the food and the interior is nice. It surprises me that it's not as busy as you'd expect but it makes it easy to get a table. Zucchini chips - my favorite thing to get here!! Opa fries - nothing too special but good quantity Lemon chicken orzo - creamy, sweet, and delicious, my go-to Falafel pita - one of the better places serving falafel

We had a breakfast here on Sunday morning when all other breakfast places are packed. We got seated quickly. Only one waiter is serving. But he is very kind, tried his best to make every table satisfied. We ordered the Opa Fries and Gyro Meat Platter as starters. The food meets our expectations. Garlic flavored fries is gone in a minute. The meat platter only has Gyro, but the chilaquiles are freshly made, warm, soft with garlic aroma. It goes well with Gyro and tomatoes slice. We ordered Berry crepes, which is bit too sweet for us, with extra chocolate cream filling. I did not see much berry as filing, but some kiwi cubics. Another breakfast dish is Opa! Gyro Hash & Eggs. Excessive potatoes rather than Gyro. Nothing expressive. We all likes the other two dishes - Fiery Feta flank steak and Greek Chilaquiles. Chilaquiles is socked into a type of greenish dressing, with sour cream on the plate and melted cheese, steak on skewer. The steak is topped with garlic flavored creamy sauce Fiery Feta. Delicious! Overall not quite brunch place, but I think the dinner menu and the classic seat could possibly bring us back again.

Compared to other Opa chains such as Santa Clara one, the portions are much smaller here. Food quality was ok.I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Food Was good, and the service was excellent. Rain caused our party to be late arriving, however, staff accommodated us and let us continue our reservation. When our group arrived we appreciated the service, the atmosphere, and the food.

The atmosphere is good. However, the food portion is very smalland the meat portion in the plate is even smaller. For the price we were expecting a bigger portion. Dolme was like frozen food and the rice was not well cooked. The foods are very delicious and taste good but they're very pricey for the small portions that are not even filling you up.Parking: We got 2 hours of free parking.

Called me and said they were over booked and wanted me to move to the Campbell restaurant. I couldn't because we had a family event in WG and I wasn't driving to Campbell. They called me twice to move. We get to OPA, it's dead 90% empty. 1 waiter for the entire place (we had 14). Food was marginal, took 1 hr to get our food, waiter worked hard. $600 bill and was substandard , never going back.
