It was really good but our bartender was more concerned with the staff that was coming in to eat on their off days. There was two different employees that came in to eat and they were more concerned with taking care of them.

We had reservations. Were sat as soon as we arrived. Food was very good. We tried many different rolls and would order all of them again. Service was good. Attentive, but not overly. Definitely will return.

Ozumo offered a delightful dining experience! My friend and I enjoyed ordering shareable plates along with several specialty sushi rolls, all of which were fresh and flavorful. The presentation of the dishes was impressive and added to the overall appeal of our meal. While the service was satisfactory, it lacked a bit of attentiveness, possibly due to the busy weekend evening. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for sushi, and with some adjustments in service, it could be even better!

Great dining experience at Ozumo Santana Row. The service was great and the atmosphere fun and vibrant. I've been to Ozumo many times before and it's my go to place for business meals as they never disappoint. This time I had a party of 8 and we had so much fun. The only thing to note is parking on Santana row is always an art form. Other than that you can go wrong with Ozumo.

Hands down the best Japanese spot we have been to in the Bay! We took my sister and brother in law who are big sushi lovers (and a little picky) so I was nervous about what they’d think but they absolutely loved it!!! The fish felt very fresh and of great quality, they had very creative sushi rolls, excellent ambiance and service!
