This bakery is one of the best in the area, I go from Gilroy to buy my bread and tamales. Although the boss goes out of his way to charge me more for making me a tamale cake, when the tamale costs $2.50 and the bolillo costs $. 75 would be $3.25 but he charges $6.50 to put the tamale in the bolillo.

I ordered their Carne Asada torta and it was so good! The crunch on the bread is so satisfying and the flavor on their Carne asada has a really good spice to it. Recommend this place to anyone ?
