I have been to this place many times and feel like not how it used to be these days. Staff is not friendly at all and they don't understand what we are saying. Quantity and quality of food is worst compared to how it used to be. Planning to go some other place.

I went to this place many times and found that the cashier lady seemed to only smile at white people and was very rude to everyone else.

I usually go here with my daughter we take a cub meal and a bowl most of the times. The quantity is on the lesser side compared to other Panda express, they run out of Tofu eggplant most of the times, less or no Tofu and half cooked eggplant as they rush through cooking it.

I just wanted to say on 11/5, 735pm. The staff that was working did an outstanding Job.
Their registers were down. And help all customers still by getting them to order on the mobile app and making the orders as fast as they could.
Even coming out to help the older generation that had difficulty figuring out the App.
Apologizing and still being kind to every customer walking in.
Good Job. 😊

Fried rice quality is not good. I had rice nuggets in the bowl very hard to chew.

I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location through Uber Eats. When I came in and realized and explained the situation, the staff was very respectful, kind, and understanding. I showed my ID and order details, and they prepared the food for me without any issue. I truly appreciate how polite and helpful they were. Great customer service!

Yesterday I went to the store to buy food and the person in charge of getting my food named Jasmine treated me very angrily as if I came to the store to ask for food but refused to help me and went inside leaving me to wait for someone else to help me, I do not agree with such a contemptuous attitude towards customers.

Not as good as other Pandas in the area. Don't come in late looking for food. They keep it minimal to save money here.

This Panda Express gets straight to the point, but I would recommend avoiding overcooking certain dishes. As someone with a deep appreciation for Chinese cuisine, I believe its essence lies in simplicity—quick, precise cooking that preserves crispiness and texture. Overcooking changes the dish entirely, losing the distinctive qualities of authentic Chinese food. It’s all about fast frying and maintaining the right balance of flavors and textures. There’s no need to simmer or let ingredients sit too long, as that can lead to an overly Americanized version of the cuisine.

Overall, as a neighborhood spot, this Panda Express is quite decent, but a little more attention to these details could make it even better.
