I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location through Uber Eats. When I came in and realized and explained the situation, the staff was very respectful, kind, and understanding. I showed my ID and order details, and they prepared the food for me without any issue. I truly appreciate how polite and helpful they were. Great customer service!

Yesterday I went to the store to buy food and the person in charge of getting my food named Jasmine treated me very angrily as if I came to the store to ask for food but refused to help me and went inside leaving me to wait for someone else to help me, I do not agree with such a contemptuous attitude towards customers.

Not as good as other Pandas in the area. Don't come in late looking for food. They keep it minimal to save money here.
pour proteins served and a lot of rice or broccoli on the plate

This Panda Express gets straight to the point, but I would recommend avoiding overcooking certain dishes. As someone with a deep appreciation for Chinese cuisine, I believe its essence lies in simplicity—quick, precise cooking that preserves crispiness and texture. Overcooking changes the dish entirely, losing the distinctive qualities of authentic Chinese food. It’s all about fast frying and maintaining the right balance of flavors and textures. There’s no need to simmer or let ingredients sit too long, as that can lead to an overly Americanized version of the cuisine.
Overall, as a neighborhood spot, this Panda Express is quite decent, but a little more attention to these details could make it even better.

I didn't take a photo to prove that it's true. Yesterday, January 7th, at 4 pm, we were at Panda Express. There was a man in front of us and a girl put noodles on his plate and I immediately noticed that she put much less than she was supposed to and I told my husband about it. Then she served us and I ordered noodles and she also put less on mine than she was supposed to. My husband ordered noodles and rice together and we compared the portions. She put enough rice but not enough noodles. A woman with noodle briquettes in her hands approached the girl and whispered something to the girl. As far as I understand, all dishes, and especially noodles and rice, should be prepared in a timely manner and always present. Apparently, the employees decided to put less in people's portions and thus spend less effort on preparing the dishes.

The service is very bad here. Last time I ordered the food and they missed one item. I realised it only after going back to my bench. I went and pointed out to them. They didn’t accept they made a mistake and made a scene out of it. I said fine, and stood in line to order again. When my turn came they felt they might have made mistake. It was too late to earn goodwill. Surely, the brand Panda Express has lost their respect. But hey, a bad day can happen to anyone. However, in food industry the service means a lot. You visit their to make good memories. Otherwise, anyone can order sitting at home nowadays.
