My family and I were waiting for some pictures to be developed at Walgreens close by for my sons school project. It was late we were all hungry so Panda was was the closest place without having to leave the shopping center. When we came in they had about three people in front of us. When we got up to the counter my husband points out look... a ROACH was crawling from the wall toward the counter where the chowmein and fried rice are! Absolutely disgusting! As I pointed it out the roach crawled down and a kid close by stepped on it! I brought it up to the person taking the orders and she quietly told another employee he went around and just looked around and whispered at her. No cleaning happened no apology NOTHING! At that point I was not willing to eat there. I am not paying a establishment to feed me food where it is clearly is not kept clean! Don't come to this Panda.

@panda, you guys need to add some type of sticker to the bag so there is no tampering with on DoorDash orders. There have been at least 3 instances where the order is not complete and I don't think it's your fault because even the fortune cookies are missing. Plus, when I pick up in store, nothing is ever missing. Drivers are eating our meals and you're loosing money. Also, stop serving the last bits of chow mein, it's really only just the cabbage and that ain't cool. I'm paying for the noodles.

This is a really busy location on the weekends. Many of the sides are a bit pricey in comparison to other locations. They had quick service, and tasty food.

They did not put my 3rd entree (the premium one I paid extra for) in the bag and I had to drive back. When I confronted them, they asked if I wanted to return everything. They did not offer to make up for the huge inconvenience. You need to train your employees better. This is ridiculous.

I had a horrible experience here, I ordered through their online service and when I went to pick up my order the employees simply told me they stop taking orders at a certain time however they neglected to cancel my order so I still went in and wasted my gas and I have not received compensation and I had to wait a whole week for my refund when I ask the employees how I can get my money back they said I would have to go through customer service mind you they were all cleaned up and ready to go 30 minutes before they’re closing time. Stay away from this place they don’t care about you and they don’t care about customer service.

Employees are so rude here ! I ordered online at 9:20pm, the order went through , and when i got to the restaurant they informed me that they stopped taking orders at 9:00pm. I received no cancellation notice before hand, wasted my time, my gas. Easily could have been avoided. To make matters worse, they close at 10pm but by 9:45 they are all cleaned up , nothing available. So they neglected closing their online service so that no orders would come in they neglected canceling my order so that I wouldn't waste my time driving there when I asked for a solution they said I would have to call customer service I had to wait a whole week to get my refund back for a product I never received still to this day I'm waiting for some kind of compensation on my gas that is not cheap nowadays I will never be a customer and especially in this location again. Horrible horrible service.

Bad service horrible service actually i went in today and the only person that had wonderful service was esmeralda the rest had a mean fsce and were not welcoming at all. Yahritza something like that was very rude and was speaking for esmeralda when it was a one on one conversation. If i could give this panda zero stars i would but i cannot!!! They hardly gave us any food aswell.

Really disappointed at the service at this Panda Express. I dropped in for a takeout order. The chowmein needed replenishment and I was told it will be ready in 5 minutes. In addition, I wanted to order Kung Pao chicken which was also not there but was being made. Mushroom chicken and black pepper chicken were also empty. This was around 8:30 pm. I ordered 2 bowls and a plate with chowmein and fried rice. The server gave the fried rice and told me to pay while I wait for the chowmein. After 5-7 minutes when I got handed my takeout order, I'm glad I checked. The bowls had chowmein whereas the plate didn't. They just forgot. After mentinoning that, I got the chowmein. When I brought my food home, I discovered I didn't get Kung Pao chicken, it's just Kung Pao zucchini. There were 1-2 pieces of chicken with the rest being zucchini and other vegetables. Also there were no peanuts. Really terrible service.
