I had to wait 10 min for Bejsing beef to be cooked,they usually give me a little more for waiting,so I don't mind,I love the sauce,so I usually ask for some on top of my chowmein noodles,I wished the made extra sauce as it's great on noodles.

Food is fresh and service is ok but this location hasn’t had their ice machine working for MONTHS and a employee said maintenance wouldn’t come to fix and the fountain drinks are room temp which really kills it for me when trying to enjoy my food.

I was waiting to pick up my order and so was someone else. I was there first but the guy behind the counter decided to help the other guy who turned out to be a mobile order delivery person first. Terrible customer service.

Food has been great quality every visit so far. The staff loading the food into containers tend to be pretty slow when they work on online orders. Which turns waiting in line from 10 minutes into 25 minutes. The food prep staff are always working really hard and turning fresh food faster than the packing staff can keep up with.

As a long-time customer of Panda Express, I've noticed an increase in healthier dining options with less sugar and preservatives available elsewhere. While I initially valued the quick service resembling that of a fast-food restaurant, the current long wait times and slow service are dissatisfying. I believe that improvements in efficiency and customer service would enhance the overall dining experience at Panda Express.
Too slow service even if you order online has to wait for long time ??? and so many rats outside store at the garbage containers ????

Ordered my food inside, was told 3 mins on more Honey walnut shrimp, me and about 4 other people waiting for the same thing. 16 mins later still no shrimp. Me and and at least 3 people left with no food. Wasted most of my lunch hour in line and then waiting needlessly for food that never came. Ryan the shift leader was on his phone off to the side, seemingly oblivious to what was going on. You think they would be ready for the lunch Rush in a Known busy location. Lunch Ruined
