All the staffs are just busy fulfilling online order and ignoring the real line waiting in their store. Very bad experience, waited 15mins with 4 people in front of me.

It was 3 pm on a Saturday and had less food but my teriyaki and orange chicken were good and had leftovers to eat the next day the only thing I didn’t get was my fortune cookie.
Im so disappointed trying to use this app to save money get to the store and they would not honor the coupon in the app. It’s not fair to the customer to have this advertised to drive to the store just to feel scammed. The manager wanted to offer 20% discount but that’s not what I came here for plus my total outside the coupon was about $10. What happen to the customer is always right? She could have made it right but instead she told me to come back to use the coupon after waiting 20mins in line because they are short staff. Not right this happen 6/27 at 6:00 pm

In the future you guys should put forks in plates of food because getting food to go and not having silverware is flipping stupid. So now I get to rip up the box and use it as a fork because my person decided to throw all the other goodies in there and no silverware. So happy I visited here today

Great Staff! Came in to pick up my online order. Had to wait a little for the honey walnut shrimp as they had to cook a , but the servers were extra nice and offered a soda cup while i waited for the new batch. Highly recommend this location of Panda Express and big thanks to the two young servers!
