i ordered on friday December 15 a big plate with orange chicken, kung pao chicken, fried race, chow mein, and some beijing beef my order had arrived and I had no orange chicken on my plate and my fried rice was overly cooked poorly, I tried getting a refund from doordash and panda and they only gave me $4.

I went in as a door Dasher to pick up a order I'll watch the employees make orders after orders after order using the food that was there my order was not made until I complain it then I have to wait after they cook more food at least 20 people went in front of me that was not there when I got there this is unfair to the doordash customer paid online have to wait for their food so long they get no stars on the rating from me and I would not buy my food from now at this location

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. The portions were incredibly small. As in it couldn’t even get you full, not even satisfied. I thought it was the lady who was serving us just being stingy, so I spoke to the cashier and she had the audacity to say, “Oh, because you ordered a premium entree. 7 pieces only”. What? That’s ridiculous, I have never heard that in my Panda Express eating career. Even if it is only 7 pieces, why did they also give me barely any of the sides either? (Chow mein, Fried rice). I shrugged it off and paid with cash. BOOM! Cashier didn’t even give me my change back. That’s just absurd. I didn’t take pictures of the other two plates I also bought. The other two plates? Literally empty, barely any food. Double orange chicken for the entree? They decided to only give us one serving. One singular scoop. Embarrassing. Manager was also a complete jerk.

It would be a great addition to bring back the hot and sour soup. Listing it on the menu with an enticing picture could certainly boost sales.Furthermore, our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of perfect. A good Panda Express in the neighborhood to get some Chinese food. They have usual appetizers, entrees and sides. We usually order the combo of orange chicken, kung pao chicken, noodles or rice. And we love the food. The staff is attentive and service is quick. Restaurant is usually clean and it's quite spacious. And we usually get a place to sit during non peak hours. And during peak hours we get a place to sit in 5-10 minutes. Parking is ample in the plaza which houses this restaurant.
