Unfortunately I came by due to the kids wanting Panda so I place the order for pick up. Upon Arrival they were polite and told me to wait for 8 mins but I didn’t mind it because my whole plate was warm once I arrived home. Problem is once I get home and start eating I look at one over the pieces of orange chicken my dad was eating and it had MOLD!
Unfortunately I will not be returning to any location because of this experience
It was busy during the weekend. Orange chicken was not ready when we had ordered, so they offered us water while we waited. Staff are friendly

I got there today at 4:45 p.m. There was no food on the trays. Asian lady tells me to wait 8 minutes for the food to come out. I waited over 10 minutes an no food was ready. I ask her is it almost ready the Kung Pao Chicken her reply we haven't started it yet. Omg, it gets worse I waited another five minutes for the chicken to have raw, chewy pieces I was to far out to go back. Shame on this establishment for not having any food available for dinner.

Good food and service, but no outdoor seating; there is a large patio area, which would be great to setup seating and tables

I am not a huge fan of Panda Express but I was taking food to a family event and the kids are absolutely enthralled by Panda Express. I ordered in advance and paid for the food using their website. The transaction was smooth and efficient. Panda is packaging their food in very nice Chinese takeout containers that happen to fit very efficiently in a larger container with handles. The containers are printed with bright Panda Express marketing images and are quite cute. I think that Panda has done a good job with their marketing and ease of ordering.
Got the food delivered. They were bad-looking and didn’t taste good. Orange chicken was just sweet and chicken pieces were stale and not meat really!
One order was missing.
The only good part was the portion size

Restaurantji Recommends
We ordered a family meal, and one of the items cost an extra $4.50, which didn't appear as we ordered, only to find out once we got up to pay. The staff was accommodating as our order required them to make us all new dishes. The food was hot and cooked fresh, so that was an added perk. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I would definitely frequent this panda, although they need to make the extra charges food more noticeable when ordering, and the woman taking our order was very pushy about us choosing quickly, at least that's how it felt. It was end of night, so there were not as many entrees to choose from, which limited or choices to begin with, but still an overall good eating experience. They also gave us plenty of extra sauces, but no chopsticks, only forks. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, so double perks for that one.
Parking: The spot is located in a shopping center, so there is plenty of parking to choose from.
Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere is friendly and easy going. We had our 1 year old with us, and they gave him a bag of apple chips to snack on while we waited, which made him happy. Very accepting and open to children in this place.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a spot to get up on the sidewalk, and then the doors open for a wheelchair to go through. But automatic opening doors, but still would suit any person in a wheelchair to go through.

I’ve been to his location a few times because of the proximity, but what’s wrong with their food?
Noodles chow mein taste leathery and the chicken dishes are dry. Overall, it feels like a knock off restaurant rather than the original Panda experience.
It’s a good thing the portions are tiny because I’d NOT like to eat this food.

Terrible store-terrible ownership.
They forgot one of my items. I called them and they want me to drive back to get it. I asked for a refund on that item (not for my entire order, just the one item they forgot). They refused and said they would give it to me next time. I asked how they would remember me and she said “I’ll write it in a piece of paper”. Just refund the $2 for your mistake!!!!!!! You lost a customer and got a 1 star for 2 bucks.
You and your managers need customer service training. I’d give minus 5 stars if I could. Will never go back.
And the food is just mediocre. The chow mein is all cabbage and the broccoli beef is heads of broccoli with one piece of beet.
Always busyFood is a bit too greasy for me
