Ordered food through the App having 15mins preparation time. Got there waiting more than 30mins and the food wasn't ready. Sad to say that this store is badly managed as a big fan for a decade. Won't visit and don't recommend to come.

The place is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the waiting times are very bad. It is very common to walk in at dinner time and see 2 or 3 bowls empty. Sometimes I have to wait 15-20 min to get the food.

Kudos To Myhanh V. She is always so welcoming and kind. When interacting with other employees, they don’t seem as approachable or as if they are annoyed, however Myhanh ALWAYS has great and positive energy, regardless of how customers act towards her. I hope the Panda Team sees how hard working she is, and hopefully they give her a raise. She is Manager Worthy!!

This is the 3rd time I've come in and it's not even 9p and the staff have stopped making food and will make as you order. The hours say kitchen closes at 9:30p, that's when food should stop being made. When you make a plate and the food is getting cold because of waiting for other food to be made hot, it kind of defeats purpose right? Not only that but what's the deal with leaving one or two pieces of an entree in the dish? Seems really petty and if it's the last of it, just throw it in. When did Panda start counting how many pieces of something? Probably won't return to this location because it's literally happened 3 times and nothing has changed.

Amazing food. This location has the best Orange Chicken due to it being the soft and the Cottle one their orange chicken is hard as a rock (knock on wood for experience) but yeah this is amazing. God Bless The USA.

Order was ready 10 minutes premature of pickup time. One entree was cold and one was warm by the time we got home. Bummer, I'll keep trying but I may not order via the mobile app if they are just going to get it done quick so it sits around until pickup time.
