Quick Recovery and Great Service

Even though my order wasn’t done correctly at first, the manager stepped in right away and handled the situation with professionalism and care. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re resolved that makes the difference and Panera definitely took care of business. I appreciate the prompt attention and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I get takeout here very regularly on Sunday mornings. Don't ever expect your order to be ready on time, even when it says it is complete. They are always late and lie so their times look good. Food such as sandwiches is thrown together and often missing items.

Food is usually good but they consistently never have the pick up orders ready by the time they say they are. Today it took them 20 min longer than when the notification said it'd be done, and when they finally handed me the bag they forgot a baguette (but played it off as if they were still preparing it). The employee (Valerie) was not friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked about the baguette. She went on to complete other orders while I kept waiting, even though all she had to do was put a baguette in a bag.

I'm a new Panera convert since they got rid of all the garbage in their food (artificial colors, flavors, etc.). I've been quite pleased my past few times that the food now has flavor, tastes fresh, and their online ordering and pick up system is very easy to use.
Today the sandwich missed the mark a little. It had good flavor and was fresh tasting but the presentation is a bit misrepresented from the website to reality. The salad looks very good and they seem to be very consistent with the salad quality, which is nice.
Hopefully, it was just an off day and future sammies will look more like the photo. 😊

I had a fantastic meal at Panera Bread today! The service was excellent, with staff members who were both friendly and efficient. I ordered the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad, and it was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. The restaurant's ambiance is bright and airy, with a comfortable, modern feel. The soft music in the background creates a relaxed atmosphere, making it a perfect spot for a quiet meal or even a small meeting. I always leave Panera feeling satisfied and relaxed, both from the meal and the environment.

Go-to start to the day for the past few months, bagel with hummus, $2.42. But today, price is $4.89, cashier said must charge hummus like cream cheese. What? Regardless, walked out, never going back.

I was driving home after being awake and out early on a Saturday morning. Very early. Since I had nothing more planned to do and I was hungry. I wanted an egg and cheese sandwich and a hot tea. I thought I would go to Panera Bread, so I entered my request into Google Maps.
When I arrived, there were ultimately zero customers inside other than one man with a cell phone charging.
The building was well maintained up until the shared parking lot, which was littered and filthy. I guess nobody is assigned, or the property management company is not doing its job.
The bathroom was clean, as was the overall restaurant, The service was quick and efficient with me using the self-service kiosk. The young man behind the counter was very nice as he greeted me. The tea was hot. The sandwich was kind of sad because the sausage patty was used well past its shelf life. I felt as if they overcooked, as it was a slow morning for the store. I ate my sandwich inside the restaurant and the sausage patty was old and not too good.
Overall, the hunger was suppressed, and I was satisfied to drive away with an enjoyable hot tea.
