Ordered a chicken caprese green goddess sandwich. It was pretty much empty inside. No lettuce, no melted cheese, and no green goddess on the sandwich!! Basically just thick layer of greasy mayo (what they call "garlic aioli"... nope), a few tiny shreds of chicken, 3 paper-thin slices of tomato, and a few shreds of red pepper.It was split into 3 parts -- I scraped the chicken shreds and tomato and mayo from all 3 parts and put it inside 1 of the third of bread, it was still barely anything. Just a mouthful of greasy bread basically.Absolute downhill in quality and quantity, Panera has been trash everywhere lately. I don't even blame this particular location, because every Panera seems like it's circling the drain at this point.

I was at this Panera location at 5:59am 2/23/2024 and I was able to get in using front door. When I got in one of the person started yelling and freaking out at me and yelled that I couldn't be in the store before 6 am and how did I open the door. I told her that I can wait 1 minute (after checking time on my phone) and the door was unlocked. She started yelling at me that the door is locked and I'm not supposed to get in. Well, I got in and clearly the door was unlocked open all night. And than she started to ramble/yell at me as I walked outside to wait, so I told her that I understand it's early but you can't take that out on me, and she started to yell and ramble again. Her coworker at the store even said "why is she so cranky" after she left. We looked at each other and laughed. It's Friday after all. Def would come again wakes me up better than their coffee.

Consistently one of the best Panera restaurants in the South Bay. The staff is friendly and kind and make you feel like you're a guest in their home. I see them constantly go out of their way to meet their guests needs.
