I came here with my other half tonight , something we usually don't stop to get but it's winter now so we'd thought it would be a good choice. Well I ordered a BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP IN A BREAK BOWL my other half ordered a warm bowl well his came out correct mine came out in a little bowl like a side bowl and a bag of chips yet my receipt said BREAD BOWL I went up to correct it they said sorry they will get me what I ordered I sat in the dining area from 8:24-8:54 pm still waiting so I asked for the manager and they totally forgot my order but yet I watched this cashier look at her freshly done manicure for literally 30 mins . I said give me my money back

Great staff , good food. The problem this is a homeless hangout. The restaurant has blocked all but 3 wall outlets & people that have not purchased any food , basically hang out and are sleeping at the tables .Lunch for two came to $52.76, for that cost the place should be clean and free of freeloaders. We used to have weekly company meetings here but not any more $$ going somewhere else.* willing to pay more for clean environment and security.Will not be back.

People who work here are rude.I asked the code for using the bathroom to the woman who works at the counter, where it was close to the bathroom, but she said I have to ask in front. I had to get in the line to ask the code.It seems no one checks if the coffee containers and hot water are empty, so we have to wait.

I stopped here on the way to work for a simple cup of hot coffee at 7 pm. going through the drive-through. no cars in front or behind. I could see inside. There were only 2 people inside. after ordering, I drove to the pickup window. My coffee had just been set on the counter, but instead of giving the coffee to me, she walked away. another woman comes and starts mixing some chocolate and apparently is having a very good conversation with someone out of my sight. It's so good that she pays no attention to me waving and honking the horn. After about 4 minutes, she finally sees me, giving me my coffee and I pay . Then, as I took a drink of coffee, I discovered it was hardly even warm .

Panera seems to have increased their vegetarian choices, though they still have a very limited choice of both soups and sandwiches.They are also very expensive for what they are.Vegetarian options: They could easily increase their vegetarian soup options.

First time I ever had Panera bread in my life! IKR! I ordered Togo and had the broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl and chipotle chicken avocado melt. I always see the broccoli cheddar soup at Costco but I wasn't sure whether it was good or not. I will definitely be buying it on my next Costco run! It was creamy and wonderful broccoli innit. The sandwich was toasted beautifully and it was warm. I love anything avocado and it tasted fresh! There was plenty of chicken in there. Though it was not photogenic but rest assured it was delicious! I am not sure how to eat the bread bowl lol so I don't think I'm going to get a bread bowl again. It was delicious to scoop the soft fluffy insides of the bread bowl but after all that was gone it was just the hard crunchy outside. Not sure how to eat it lol maybe heat up my own soup? Haha buuuut I left it out for the wild birds to eat. It also came cold like the sourdough bread bowl itself. Not sure if that's usually how it is but maybe a warm bowl would be good. Definitely reheat your soup before pouring because it was just warm but it tasted great. I got the papaya green tea drink and it was very watered down. ORRRR it just taste like that? I will definitely be ordering here again! It's good!

Even the front door had a pile of garbage to wade through. The staff were all working hard so this is an owner issue. No pride in ownership. Hire more staff or give them some cleaning supplies.
