Never order delivery using the native Panera bread app! It gets delivered via DoorDash and the driver took a pic of delivery and stole the order! Truly unprofessional! Benefit of doubt for bad luck on DoorDash driver delivery, but making matters worse Panera bread app doesn’t even honor this complaint basically taunting my hunger and money at the same time! Will never have food at Panera

If you come here during regular hours, they are well staffed and ready to go. If you come during off hours, you'll be left trying to pickup your togo food and rude workers that are overworked.

This locations is spacious and good for if you are looking to meet a large group, for a get together. Just know that none of the Power outlets work properly and management never checks them. It has been like this for over 2 years. You literally have to tape your power cord in place or it will fall out of the outlet and not charge. Some of the staff only speak Spanish. So it may appear that they are ignoring you when you ask a question in English. This location will rip you off on portions. They cut corners and give you the smallest portion possible Hoping you don't notice. For example if you order a whole sandwich. They will sometimes give you a half sandwhich if they are low on bread. They rarely every clean. Next time you are there. Just look in the Cracks of the bench seats. All the dirt, dust and food has been there for months. If you use the restroom. Be prepared to step into puddles of urine. In order to get to the toilet. They only clean the restroom at night when they close. This locations has so much potential but just has the wrong people running it. But they don't care because they know they will always have customers because of it being a popular location in a shopping center.

Ordered from a kiosk for my to go order and was unable to enter my rewards info. Francisco was one of 2 cashiers available and immediately agreed to help me manually enter my rewards info after receiving my receipt. He was helpful, efficient, and was sincerely kind—such great service! The other cashier gave every excuse that this was not possible.

I usually get the sip club drink so service is slow - I wish they would actually follow through and place the cup in the pick up area. I end up having to show the cashier my phone where I placed the order and they give me a cup.
