Placed a pick up order on 11/22 for dinner. Picked it up and brought it home to found the grilled cheese sandwich to be totally burnt and one of the french onion soup was the wrong size (cup instead of bowl). I drove back to ask for a refund for those items. Despite the fact that there was barely anyone in line, I waited 10 minutes for someone to talk to me.
Even though I only asked for a refund for the grilled cheese and french onion soup, the manager (guy in red uniform) offered a full refund and some baked goods. I was initially pleased by this effort to make up for their initial mistakes, but over two weeks now, no refunds have been processed. Now, they have even messed up on their effort to even make up for the initial mistakes.
The whole ordeal took about 1 hour. Wasted my time and money. It was a very disappointing experience.

10.03.25 Ciabatta Italian Meat Sandwich + Cup of French Onion Soup + Potato Chips + Hazelnut Coffee. Coffee = excellent. Sandwich = greasy but tasty, but not nearly enough meat. Soup = pass on this soup. Chips = very crunchy and delicious. Service & location were excellent. Campbell location has much better prepared sandwiches.
09.14.25 12:30pm Group of elderly church members had coffee and snacks here to catch up after service. Hazelnut coffee was fresh and so delicious, service and location as well as plenty of seating options make this place our new favorite after church spot replacing Paris Baguette!
We will try the soup and sandwich combo everyone raves about in a few days.
*Note: soups are only served for lunch and after.

10.03.25 11am Panera Bread's Hazelnut and Light Roast coffees are so good, very fresh and non-bitter. I'm not a regular coffee drinker but Panera's coffees are so tasty that I would order it every time I dined here, with a little bit of their honey (only have pasteurized honey).

Unfortunately the sandwiches and soups are better prepared at the Campbell location vs this N 1st St location. The Ciabatta Italian Meat Sandwich with French Onion Soup; the sandwich was very greasy (tasty but greasy), and the French Onion Soup was NOT French Onion Soup. It was like some watered down powder remixed take on this classic French soup, almost no cheese in the soup, just no.
Applebee's made awesome French Onion Soup last time I had it (6+ yrs ago). We'll be revisiting Applebee's for just this soup soon.
Their bagged potato chips are super crunchy and perfect with a sandwich. Mom wanted an apple as her side. I eat healthy, I know.
You need a code to use the restrooms, which are very clean.

This Panera bread really standing out, I’ve been to many Panera breads across America and this one I came in on two occasions and they were busy and they actually had hot hot water for hot tea. Many paneras they lack of restocking hot water unless you tell them but this one on point. And service is fast during busy times.
Panera used to be one of my fav Uber Eats / out of town places to go to. I knew what I was going to get etc. I recently ordered Uber Eats - Panera. The location really doesn’t matter. It is Panera the company. The outrageous prices for a 1/2 salad. I paid $16 for the salad pictured. I had to pay extra for mandarin oranges (weird for an Asian salad) the main ingredients were lettuce, 5 (not complete) slices of chicken, some toasted almonds and 1 oz of dressing. I added mandarin oranges and some pineapple. Making my 1/2 salad $18. @Panera you can do better.

POOR SERVICE This cashier and manager ALICIA gave us terrible service. I arrived with a smile to have my order taken, and she took our order with an angry face and didn't help us in a good way. She took the order wrong. When we made a complaint, they told us there wasn't much they could do since she is also a manager. I don't understand how she can act like this with customers. It was days ago. I hope someone solves this problem, The food is incredible and they were very quick with our order. The place is spacious and they have a nice patio, clean bathrooms.
