Just got off the phone w this idiots! I've ordered from here for years! Last 2 times the pizza is literly raw! Not cooked even the thin crust! I've been going here for over 20 years sad to say no more. Instead of an apology or some kind of refund he sits there arguing! You're loss my gain. Was in town for a event stayed rigjt around corner pizza was amazing, I try to get papa John's every chance I get. Since they closed the location in carson city where I live. This location didn't disappoint got an epic garlic stuffed crust it was awesome.

Food is great but the workers are exceptional. I was in need of a charger. I had gone to several places in that same location and turned away. It's nice to know a business just doesn't want my money but rather to be a friendly partner in my community.

Came in to pick up my online order, and it was PACKED. Immediately, the cashier asked me for the pickup name while he was juggling all the customers, and was super attentive. I didn’t wait too long but he kept on asking if I needed anything assuring my order was coming up. Eventually gave my order, was super kind and kept a smile on his face while literally taking care of everyone. I think his name was Sai, shoutouts to him. This is now my new usual pizza spot!
