really disappointed in my birthday cake this year :( i ordered the green tea strawberry cake and couldn’t taste any green tea at all. not only that but the green they used this year looked really weird. i’m attaching a photo from last year’s cake for reference/comparison. i ended up adding blueberries in attempt to cover the green border line. would not buy again. my best friend was disappointed in this cake too and i don’t think she’ll be buying from them again in the future either. i know the economy is rough right now but… 😳.
I live in South San Jose but drive all the way up here whenever I want Paris Baguette.
All pastries are good, and the workers here are really nice and kind.
Plus, somehow, their americano tastes better than other Paris Baguettes.
The staff member I interacted with was very unpleasant and seemed unhappy to assist customers. I had purchased a $50 e-gift card and received a $10 bonus card as part of the promotion. However, when I went to the store to buy a cake, I was told the bonus card had a $0 balance. When I asked for assistance or a contact number for support, her only response was, ‘I don’t know.’ It’s frustrating that an employee doesn’t seem to know anything about the place they work or how to help resolve customer issues.
Pastry is yummy, but the price raises up every few months, really pricey!
Paris Baguette’s yogurt cake has been my birthday cake 2 years in a row. The texture is great and taste so light since the cream is yogurt. I keep recommending every one!

Product is good but poor manager to deal with customer
Addictive
I constantly buy PB pastries and cakes, usually at other locations. Somehow every time I came to this location there's always something annoying. Last time they accidentally double charged on one roll cake, and couldn't refund to the credit card and instead refunded me with a few old dirty bills. This time, somehow I was told I'm supposed to pass back the tongs since they wanted to sanitize it. It's a reasonable reminder but the tone was commanding without the minimum courtesy to a customer. The problem is, if they treat the sanitation so seriously why I don't see masks on the cashiers' faces? This seems to be a food distribution center level of service, not a premium bakery. Definitely not trained staff and definitely not coming back.

Extremely Disappointed with Paris Baguette Rewards SystemI'm utterly dismayed by my recent experience with Paris Baguette's rewards system. Despite splurging over $400, the promised points never materialized in my account. Despite my persistent efforts, contacting customer service and visiting the store numerous times, no one could rectify the issue. This appalling experience has left me feeling utterly frustrated and disillusioned. Paris Baguette's failure to address this problem promptly and effectively reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Restaurantji Recommends
This café boasts a convenient location near several restaurants, offering a menu that aligns with the standard fare found in similar establishments. However, my experience with the staff was less than satisfactory. Despite the café's potential for a pleasant visit, the service left much to be desired. My coffee order was placed on a distant table, unannounced, and remained there for over 20 minutes. Upon discovering this, the staff's response was dismissive, indicating a lack of concern for customer service. It's clear that the service team could benefit from a greater emphasis on customer engagement and attentiveness.

Went to get a cake for valentines. Wholly Molly! The cakes are delicious but the price increased to $50 a cake, even small ones. I'm not going back anymore. Price is ridiculous.
They keep savory and sweet items in the same closed display cases so those treats have a hint of garlic :-( The separated treats are delicious.

I recently visited a charming cakes and pastry shop with a delightful ambiance. The cakes were scrumptious, and I particularly enjoyed the unique twist of the jalapeño pastry. Overall, a great experience.
