Paris Baguette’s yogurt cake has been my birthday cake 2 years in a row. The texture is great and taste so light since the cream is yogurt. I keep recommending every one!

Product is good but poor manager to deal with customer
I constantly buy PB pastries and cakes, usually at other locations. Somehow every time I came to this location there's always something annoying. Last time they accidentally double charged on one roll cake, and couldn't refund to the credit card and instead refunded me with a few old dirty bills. This time, somehow I was told I'm supposed to pass back the tongs since they wanted to sanitize it. It's a reasonable reminder but the tone was commanding without the minimum courtesy to a customer. The problem is, if they treat the sanitation so seriously why I don't see masks on the cashiers' faces? This seems to be a food distribution center level of service, not a premium bakery. Definitely not trained staff and definitely not coming back.

Extremely Disappointed with Paris Baguette Rewards SystemI'm utterly dismayed by my recent experience with Paris Baguette's rewards system. Despite splurging over $400, the promised points never materialized in my account. Despite my persistent efforts, contacting customer service and visiting the store numerous times, no one could rectify the issue. This appalling experience has left me feeling utterly frustrated and disillusioned. Paris Baguette's failure to address this problem promptly and effectively reflects poorly on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

This café boasts a convenient location near several restaurants, offering a menu that aligns with the standard fare found in similar establishments. However, my experience with the staff was less than satisfactory. Despite the café's potential for a pleasant visit, the service left much to be desired. My coffee order was placed on a distant table, unannounced, and remained there for over 20 minutes. Upon discovering this, the staff's response was dismissive, indicating a lack of concern for customer service. It's clear that the service team could benefit from a greater emphasis on customer engagement and attentiveness.

Went to get a cake for valentines. Wholly Molly! The cakes are delicious but the price increased to $50 a cake, even small ones. I'm not going back anymore. Price is ridiculous.
They keep savory and sweet items in the same closed display cases so those treats have a hint of garlic :-( The separated treats are delicious.

I recently visited a charming cakes and pastry shop with a delightful ambiance. The cakes were scrumptious, and I particularly enjoyed the unique twist of the jalapeño pastry. Overall, a great experience.

This afternoon, I took my parents to this shop to have coffee. My son suddenly wanted to defecate. My mother took my son to the restroom, but the front desk staff refused to let him in. My son was very anxious. My daughter accidentally spilled coffee all over the floor, and no one came to help. Later, a black clad male staff member came over, acting like a team leader, and told me that the toilet was locked and closed! I ask you, who closed the door!? And it's a little baby who needs to use the restroom! Not adults! We have been pleading for the baby to use the restroom! Just absolutely not! My mother is 70 years old, and my son is a baby! You discriminate! I must file a complaint against you! No human nature! So both of your bathrooms are broken? Do your employees also not use the restroom? I told you that I spend over 100 yuan every week, and I said I won't come back. The male salesperson in black said, "Don't get in the way, give way, and then say goodbye.". OK, I think both of your bathrooms are broken and unusable, which is a lie. You are shameful fraudsters, and I will file a complaint against you. Your store often lacks a cup of coffee. I ordered coffee from DoorDash this afternoon and went home. I wanted two iced coffee and two hot coffee, but all four cups were iced!!! My impression of this store is extremely poor. I will tell everyone around me not to go to any Paris Bette anymore. This store has nothing to do with Paris!!! This is a low-quality Korean shop! Full of inhumanity, lying, and stealing credit cards! May I ask if the restroom at your headquarters is closed? Do you have a time limit for using the restroom? My son had diarrhea after finishing his meal, and I suspect there is also a big problem with your food! I can't hold it anymore and suddenly need to go to the bathroom! I will post these on various platforms, tell everyone, Google, Yelp, Facebook, and everywhere, tell everyone that you lock the restroom, don't let babies go to the restroom, and you have two restrooms! All the restrooms is broken? Amazing !!!!
Vegetarian options: My baby had diarrhea after eating strawberries cake.
Dietary restrictions: My baby had diarrhea after eating sausages, bread.
Kid-friendliness: Discrimination against children, prohibiting 4-year-old babies from using the restroom.

I usually hate to leave bad reviews to cafeterias (I love cafes), but this one is way over. My family visits this place now and then, and they a lot of times make mistakes by overcharging coffees and misplacing orders. I thought, well, everyone makes mistakes, thats okay, couple of bucks.Until today, my family come back home and stop by ordering some coffees, we did order a lot of stuff here. My little son wanted to use the restroom (you know the little kids), and the staff refused. One said it had just been cleaned, and the other one said it was broken, even my family insist we would clean afterwards and it should be quick, my son was just about to poo in his pants but luckies there is a saloon nearby and we are their old customers too. You can tell they are lying probably because they do not want customers to use their 'well-cared' restroom. Today is the day after Thanksgiving (Friday), and I really do not want to ruin anyone's day, but this staff apparently do not care their customers, maybe because they are just popular?? I guess I would stick to Peets coffee and Starbucks more often, at least they have warmhearted staff and an open restroom for their customers, and they care :).

I would say that some prices are high but it is not bad I would say that it has a 4.5 out of 5 it has a great variety of bread and cakes. I tried 2 of 3 tiramisus which I would say are delicious. I'll keep trying different breads over the weeks and will update.
