So easy to work with and I wanted to give a special shout outs to Shannon, who always responded to my frantic texts at any time, and who was always understanding and had a great sense of humor, Morgan, who listened carefully and knew exactly what our minds were thinking, and Pauline who handled everything beautifully on the day of the memorial. We had an amazing experience with PSRT! I called and spoke with Shannon who handled the event from start to finish. With only a month of notice before the party, we had a tall order and PSRT executed flawlessly.Shannon skillfully provided a fully catered and staffed event, including a bar, bar tender, tables, chairs, umbrellas, and sound. PSRT worked with us to create a custom menu based on our preferences; I can't say enough about the artistry and freshness.The staff was incredibly professional and left our kitchen and home spotless when they left. This party was a turn key thanks to the professionalism, attention to detail, and quality we experienced with Shannon and the PSRT team!

Umm, wow. Prep, food and CLEANUP could not have been better. Had these guys cater our work holiday event. They took over my kitchen @ 3pm and prepared a meal for ~20 guests. Served family style (my choice) great steak, sea bass, and a vegetarian dish plus salads, apps dessert+++ Not cheap as this cost about ~$5000, but well worth it. I didnt try to manage costs, so I probably could have made a few less expensive options. Kitchen was left in better shape than when they got there. Super friendly staff.

This review is WAY OVERDUE. I cannot thank Parsley Sage Rosemary & Thyme for making my daughter and son in-laws Covid wedding perfect! I worked with Kreshana who is absolutely delightful, major attention to detail and so quick to respond to any questions that I had. At the very last minute we knew that we were not going to be able to have the wine country wedding that was originally planned so we switched about 8 weeks prior to the wedding date to having it at home. Literally, one face to face meeting for about an hour, one on site visit, a handful of telephone calls and a few rounds of emails and we had the most beautiful, effortless, delicious, fun, painless weddings we could have imagined. The entire staff was wonderful. Their quality and selection of food is above par. Their equipment rentals were in perfect condition. I cannot emphasis how easy it was to "plan" this wedding with them. You can't imagine the stuff that was set up behind the scenes that we never even had to think about. It all just shows up. What I found most impressive is that they were willing, but cautious, about working with us during October of 2020 during the pandemic. I have worked on many large events and I will say that they are extremely fair with their pricing. I do not have one regret with the choice to hire them for this very important lifetime event. I added a few pictures (the ones with the antlers) but unfortunately I did not get a lot of pictures of the food and beverage service. Trust me when I say it was on point.

I had a small surprise dinner in our backyard for my husband's birthday with our family. I called PSRT and spoke with Erika. She listened to what I wanted and provided wonderful choices for the dinner working within my budget. Tony was our chef and he was absolutely wonderful!! He even parked his van around the block after he unloaded to help ensure my husband was surprised. Tony wore a mask and gloves the whole time and we followed physical distance guidelines. The Paella was delicious along with the appetizers and sides. We are still enjoying some of the leftovers! I would highly recommend PSRT!

Cary was awesome in helping plan our event for 270 (Corporate dinner), from help planning the meal to the rentals needed from vendors, she was right on the mark! Erika and Kreshana along with their staff made the day of go so smoothly! Our guests raved about the food! The founder of Draper Associates felt the food was great and said let's use them again! We held our event at the Ferry Building in San Francisco, which presented many challenges. Ericka and her team were pros at handling everything, and made sure that all food was served hot! We had a taste test the week prior to the event, so we knew the food was going to be really good! From my first contact with Shannon (first caterer to respond) to the perfect clean-up after our son's wedding ceremony at our home on October 11, their professionalism and caring were exemplary. Shannon helped us choose the perfect menu. When Sue came out for a walkthrough before our event, she advised me on all the rentals we needed and answered all of my questions. The staff that came with Sue was wonderful ~ unobtrusive and efficient from beginning to end. And the food!! Absolutely delicious!! They were on top of every detail for our luncheon and dinner celebration. Servers were friendly and professional, beverage service was welcoming and the food! They accommodatedd every request and dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, meat lovers, you name it!) Have you heard of a caterer who is able to do kid-friendly food while pleasing the adult'sparticular appetites? PSRT surpassed all expectations and we received rave reviews from guests. Adjusting menus along the way beforehand? - no problem. Doing last minute adjustments with tables and linens and working with unique event spaces? - easily done. We recently hired PSRT to cater a birthday party at a winery. When we choose the winery I candidly did not realize how hard it would be to find and select a caterer. Let's just say PSRT stood out immediately due to their responsiveness and attention to detail. I had a call back the same day and sample menus were in my in-box the next day. The team worked with me to tailor the menu to meet our budget and event style. They were very thorough and professional in all the pre-planning. On the day of the event, they setup quickly and efficiently without a hitch or any needed guidance. But the best part was the food was great. Many of our guests are foodies and commented on how they really liked the appetizers, soup sips, mains, mushroom risotto and the desserts.
