Was in line for Degen Collectibles grand opening nearby. It was a HOT Sunday morning.

Worker was welcoming & nice. Great menu, variety of different options. I wish they could mix smoothie flavors.

They also had ice cream that my kid said tasted alright.

When we arrived we waiting for 5 mins because the worker was in the back. Over priced for really poorly made ice cream. I got ube and rocky road. The texture was grainy and gummy and the taste was flavorless for both. I got a pandan waffle and the worker just tossed it in a bag and threw it on the counter and left to the back.

extremely delicious drinks!! i recommend blue dream, add lychee popping, 50% sweetness.

this would be a five star review, but on a random evening that i come for a drink with my friends there is a man on a ladder trying to move something on a shelf. he ends up accidentally hitting a light and the cover SHATTERS ONTO THE FLOOR. he continued breaking it without saying a word to us the entire time we were there. very scary.

to conclude, i have always got yummy drinks with ok wait times and great customer service except one very concerning time. definitely recommend (unless you see a guy with a ladder shattering things)

I took my lady to get a hair cut from some place in this plaza. I saw this little business next to it. Passion T Snacks & Deserts so I decided to Yelp it out and see what they are all about. Look at my pictures. The place is small and clean and easy to park. Nobody was in at the time I went in. The employee was a nice young girl that helped me with a Coconut Ice cream and waffle cone. The menu has a lot of fried food and not to my best choice of foods. But the Boba drinks and Teas and Ice cream I could enjoy. I would return to try more ice cream and the Boba teas they have.

My friends and I were looking for a place open late to hang out on a Thursday night after doing an escape room at Omescape nearby, and we saw this place was supposed to be open until 10pm on Google and Yelp. I remember it being a nice spot to chill, but it's been a couple years since I've been here.

We each ordered our drinks, which were standard, maybe on the sweeter side compared to other shops. Sat down and talked. We were the only people sitting inside, but there were people in and out.

At 8:59pm the worker came up to us and said they'll be closing in 1 minute, effectively kicking us out. We were really confused! But we didn't question it, because we didn't want drama. The signage outside also said 10pm close.

Probably the best boba spot I have found so far. The drinks are refreshing and the verity that available should be appealing to everyone. The service is fast and always nice :)

1st time here and I just work around the corner. A hidden jem. The waitress was friendly and made my drink in minutes. The atmosphere is awesome with cool jams and plenty of seats and tables. I'll definitely be back here to to catch some light refreshment with teas, and popcorn chicken for my afternoon cravings.
