20$ should get you more than 3 meatballs... đŸ˜€ The pasta was tasty but the value wasn't there.

Doesn’t have all the extra bells and whistles but honestly I find it hard to chew on bells and whistles so I was fine with it

I had the beef ravioli and thought it was excellent. I was also impressed by my small Caesar side salad. The guy at the register made a good recommendation. They also had a number of sugar-free Lacroix to drink.

FOOD
i got the carbonara and i feel like it didnt have much flavor. kinda just tasted like cheese and black pepper. the little meat bits were great though. the pasta just needs some salt.

The butternut squash ravioli was amazing! It came with mixed grilled veggies and the flavor combination was phenomenal! Everything is handmade to order! Would definitely come again!

Ordered a basic red sauce pasta with basil and mushrooms (forgot what it was called). They make the sauce fresh and it was delicious. The wait time wasn’t too bad on a very busy Thursday night. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back.

First visit was fine. Second, not so much—it seems to depend on who’s working. I waited patiently next to Pasta Franca for my order. The digital screens even said I’d get a text when it was ready. Instead, one worker suddenly started yelling “HELLOOO!!?!!! HELLO!!?!!!” at me from behind the glass and waving toward my food.

There was no reason for the hostility. No one else was waiting, so there was no urgency. A simple “Excuse me, your food is ready” would have been polite—or they could have just tapped the screen so I’d get the text.

I’m currently deaf in one ear, which already makes hearing difficult. I came hoping for a peaceful lunch, but instead I was yelled at while waiting patiently.

One star for this experience because it really isn’t hard to be kind to people and not abrasive. Looking at the other reviews about service, it seems they don’t take any of this feedback.

I ordered the chicken Alfredo pasta, and while the taste was good at first, unfortunately I was very disappointed to find a large amount of chicken skin with hair in the dish. The thought of having eaten that makes me feel sick. This was an unpleasant and unacceptable experience.

Will never come here again! The staff is not great, they do not fully speak English if you can speak Spanish great but not great if you don't speak Spanish. They will have items on the menu in stock but won't tell you until you wait over 20 mins for a simple item and you have wasted waiting for them to tell you it is out of stock. Don't come here and waste your time and money. Service is HORRIBLE

Probably 4.5. This was very good bathe pasta was homemade and the sauce was excellent. Some pasta, with sausage and two sodas came to $31.00. In California terms it was a fairly priced meal.
The portions were very reasonable, it was a lot of sausage for the price and the meal was, again, very good.
I would definitely come back and try a different offering. The only drawback was the seating. The concept is good and the seating is shared by many different restaurants. Like a very upscale food court. When it gets busy, like my visit, it’s harder to find a place to eat.
Still, come and eat, your stomach will thank you.

Nice spot for a surprisingly filling portion of pasta for the price. More authentic than a lot of pasta places. Chill staff manning the spot, cooked up some cozy and comforting mac and cheese.
