OMG I just came to pick an order for takeout and the attitude of the Barista was so terrible and disrespectful that I'll never come here again, I don't understand why people work on the customer service when they're not capable of the job.
The worst thing is that she is the oldest one there and She should be an example of good service to others. What a pity

I'm a Peet's girl through and through, but this was the worst honey oat cold brew I've ever had! I told the barista that it tasted nothing like the honey oat cold brews I've had at the Peet's I normally go to. She blamed the baristas at my regular location and didn't offer to make me another cold brew or a different drink. I decided to drink it anyway, but could only get through about half of it. I should have just asked for her to make me another drink. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.

We went to three different Peet's coffee shops. The staff was very pleasant. Behind the counter was very clean. The bathroom was stocked and very clean. We ordered different drinks and they were all perfectly made. We went to Pleasanton at 5:30 on Thursday morning, Saratoga location at 2:30 Thursday afternoon Willow Glen location at 7:30 Thursday morning. We will be returning next week. Highly recommend.

The service here is hit or miss and more times than not they mess up my drink. I always get the Horchata CBOL, and I never know what I’m going to get at this location. They aren’t super welcoming and always look overwhelmed so I don’t complain. I don’t need them to be friendly but it’s getting old repeatedly getting gross versions of the drink I actually want.

I ordered a vanilla cortado, and it was not up to standard. Bitter, burnt, forgot the vanilla, and there were espresso grounds in my drink. Definitely recommend another location for better parking and quicker service as well.
I ordered 3 drinks. One was a large black tea with 4 sweeteners and some half & half. I received a small mint chia tea with 4 sweeteners.....which was sickeningly sweet. You messed up my order after repeating it twice. A 2 star is generous.
