We went to three different Peet's coffee shops. The staff was very pleasant. Behind the counter was very clean. The bathroom was stocked and very clean. We ordered different drinks and they were all perfectly made. We went to Pleasanton at 5:30 on Thursday morning, Saratoga location at 2:30 Thursday afternoon Willow Glen location at 7:30 Thursday morning. We will be returning next week. Highly recommend.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's a little tight for wheelchairs/mobility aids due to the table placement and 'shotgun style' build, but there is a rear entrance that has easier access.

What a great Peet’s branch in a beautiful area. Friendly workers and adequate seating. It’s hard to compete with all the other coffee areas nearby but they can hang. They were having a monthlong promotion of no additional charge for substitute milk and I love my almond milk due to lactose intolerance. I guess the dollar savings ca go to tip!
