To everyone that read the reviews... stay away from the so called PEETS storethis is not your truly PEETS coffee..... they use different type of older style machines and they don't even make the coffee taste like an original PEETS coffeethis is your gas station $1 type of coffee quality... don't waste your money go to a genuine location or you will be totally disappointedI gotta latte that they charged $6 and it tasted literally like hot water with coffee flavorworse than gas station qualityyet the sales person was arguing she did it correctly I had to ask the manager to refund me and I got my money back and I will stick to real Peets coffee places

When I walked in with my friend, Lisa only asked him questions and made his drink instantly instead of asking me anything. She didn't even look at me while I tell her I also want to order. When ordering, she keeps looking at my friend while asking questions about my order. Our drinks came out bad too which was disappointing. When we left, she gave us a side-eye. It doesn't help that I'm Asian and my friend is white.

This is NOT a Peets coffee. It's a corner of a grocery store with some branding and urns of old coffee that is mediocre at best. If you're expecting fresh roasted and ground coffee like at real Peets, you will be severely disappointed. It's almost a crime that they advertise this as a Peets.

Doesn't taste like regular peet coffee. Ordered caramel macchiato but it tastes like pure sugar water
I ordered a cold brew with chocolate and oat milk, but when I received the drink the tag on it didn't say oat milk. I went to the barista and asked if I could have oat milk in my drink and that I thought I ordered it on the app. She was incredibly rude and telling me that it was an extra charge for oat milk and that I just didn't click it because I didn't want to pay for it. First, a nondairy milk is NOT an extra charge in a beverage that is not a milk based beverage (cold brew, drip coffee, ect). Second, I tried showing her my app to prove I did order it and she was snappy about how she didn't care. In the picture of the app I posted you can see that the almond milk doesn't charge for adding a splash of it, and the oat and soy milk have a check mark box next to them instead of a circle. I'm guessing it's probably a glitch then need to figure out if that's the reason why the milk option isn't popping up on the tag.

It's a peets inside grocery store which is fine, they don't charge tax for your drinks. Beware that you cannot use your Peets gift cards here or check in the app for points. I waited a good 5 min at the counter until someone noticed to take my order Also the person who helped me didn't know what she was doing...mixing up matcha and chai. :((

Trash service. Lady doesn't know oat milk from oatmeal. It's basically a coffee stand with a Peet's sign glued to the back wall.

Stopped here this morning August 7, 2021 at about 10:30am and was made to wait 15+ minutes. Yup.. I checked my phone.. There was a slow lady chatty lady in front of me ordering lots of Coffee To-Go for an event. Fine, no biggy, what's the problem? The problem is Gloria, behind the counter, unprofessional and super rude. Sure, Gloria was serving the slow lady in front of me with the large Coffee To-Go order, however she could have easily while making the large Coffee order, spoken up and said on a couple of occasions, "Good Morning, will be right with you, will be with you soon, as soon as I'm done helping the lady in front of you. It's just me by myself today, etc etc.." I would have completely understood, and said "Thank You." Nope that's not what happened. No acknowledgement of additional customers at all. Gloria didn't speak up once..and it's not like she didn't see me standing there..especially with the lady in front of me super slow and super chatty taking her sweet time. The vibe? It's like "Oh we're Peet's Coffee, inside Nob Hill Foods Supermarket..we don't speak to or serve Minorities.." which was quite clear..point taken. Slow lady in front of me finally got her super large Coffee order..and went on her way and I was finally served and "sort of acknowledged.." by Gloria. No "Sorry for waiting...Thanks for waiting, thank you for your patience.." nothing.. I asked Gloria about Gift Cards I had received, she simply said "Oh we don't honor those here.." so I left. They should post a sign saying "We don't honor Peet's Coffee Gift Cards..because we're associated with Nob Hill Foods. Basic Courtesy = Zero. Customer Service Skills = Zero. Professionalism = Zero.
