I love this coffee shop. I have been to other Peets and nothing compares to the customer service I get here. Employees are helpful and most of them very friendly. Ranulfo is the manager and when he is there I hear him welcome the customers he sees coming in, and that makes me smile no matter how sleepy I can be. I can go to closer Peets but I prefer to travel the distance. I love to support businesses who care about customers. This shop is spacious and I always find a place to sit. It is clean including the bathrooms. My roommate also prefers to go there even if it takes 15-20 or more minutes to get there. Oh, the Banana Nut bread they sell here is the best I have found.

Normal Peet's. Bathrooms are locked and people often forget and lock keys inside, if nobody returns a key in 5 minutes or so and both are gone, they are most likely locked inside. Ask staff.

I came to get a latte but it was flat and I asked the guy to remake it but he argued that it was just a flat latte. I don't want to argue about the fact that I didn't order a flat latte I just don't think it's good customer service to argue with your customers about an order that is incorrect.
