Wow. Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I waited in line, got to the counter, said hi, and the cashier straight up ignored me while chatting with her coworker. Two minutes later she looks at me, randomly accuses me of being rude, and says she’ll help the next customer instead. Then she threatens to call security and a manager… for what? Ordering coffee too politely?

She eventually comes back and pretends to take my order. I ask for a medium pumpkin latte, hot. Simple enough, right? Nope. She keeps grilling me, asking“extra hot?” I say no, just regular hot. Then she asks again if I want hot or iced. At that point I’m like… ma’am, I said I want it regular hot? 🤷🏻‍♀️ out of nowhere again, she just totally lost it and passes me off to another worker.

All this over a cup of coffee. If you can’t handle taking a basic latte order without losing it, maybe the register isn’t the job for you. I left confused, clueless, and honestly feeling bad for anyone else stuck ordering here.

No sense of urgency at this shop, don’t recommend here if you are on a tight timeline and have a plane to catch, it took 35 minutes total from standing in line to receiving my drink.

Only 2 staff, one person was ringing up orders + making drinks while another was taking out trash and cleaning around the kitchen. I don’t know what the situation was but service was not optimized for an airport.

She also made my drink iced instead of hot with the wrong milk but was in a hurry so did not ask her to correct it.

The staff are nice and they are always doing something, but the efficiency is worse than you could possibly imagine. They are average about five minutes per customer with three people behind the counter. I strongly recommend that Peet’s bring someone with an efficiency focus to help out the workflow here.

They do not allow mobile orders, or use of two mobile kiosks which continue to be turned on. This makes a morning coffee experience difficult for most of the passengers.

Ridiculous service! I ordered:
1. 1 bagel with cream cheese. toasted.
2. 1 cheese and egg sandwich
3. 1 cafe latte.
-The bagel came quickly, but it wasn't well toasted at all. It was just warm, still white and partly cold.
-I think they threw away our order print out accidentally. So we kept waiting...and waiting. I then reminded the crew that we were waiting for our sandwich and coffee. But she only heard the bit about the sandwich! A few minutes after the sandwich came, I reminded them that we were still waiting for the coffee. In all, we spent some 20-22 minutes waiting for our order. No apologies for making us wait. Not visiting this branch of Peet's anytime soon.

Would not put m coffee in my own clean mug- insisted on paper cup. In the end did fill into my mug as I was insistent. Tasted of milk with slight coffee taste. Tool 10 minutes. Staff slow and unmotivated. Inefficient.

Better go to Starbucks when at the airport. Normally Peets is so good.

Peet's on Mowry is a great spot to grab coffee and relax for a while. Very clean with great atmosphere.

DON'T DO IT. This was the saddest Latte I can recall having. It was hot water tasting like coffee with some lame foam on top. No microfoam. Just big bubbly milk foam. It was not a Latte. Just like a beat up, smelly Honda Civic is a disappointment when renting a luxury car. But Hertz and it's ilk has the decency to provide you with a discount. But for heavens sake, not Peet's.

Now I understand that this is a first world problem. A Latte is always a first world problem. But at $5 plus tip for a hot beverage this always was a first world exchange.

The chocolate muffin was delicious and moist. A pleasant surprise for an airport coffee shop.

Doesn’t let you bring your own cup? Forces you to use their single use plastic cups. Nice going Peet’s…

They are super rude, I tried ordering a cold brew oat latte instead they charged me for a regular cold brew and said the oat latte was too much work. I tried to see if they would cancel and let me get the correct item, but instead they agued gave me a cup filled with 2/3 rd cold brew and the coffee maker just dumped oat milk in the cup .

Something is wrong with their plain coffee at this location. It’s lower quality than their regular stores and doesn’t really taste good.
