Horrible customer service!! Non apologetic employees! Never greet and when a mistake is made they do not help resolve the problem. I enjoy Peete’s coffee but detest this location. One particular young lady never greets nor responds after I say thank you! Very disappointing!

A Peets Coffee that does not do a "French Press".Like they had zero clue what I was talking about. The barista at the bar said they don't do French Presses here....A coffee shop, with the EthiopianSupernatural, some of the best coffeein the world does not...Okay, I'm done.This location is not recommended.....Edit: it appears this is now common amongst Peets coffee now... guess I'll try Starbucks now

Waited more than 15 minutes for them to warm up my frittata, after I had asked about it. I get they're busy, but they ignored me and prioritized the next drink orders. When I asked a second time, they finally heated it up, which took less than a minute. No apology, no eye contact. Jesus.

Definitely the worst Pete's coffee branch in the Bay area in terms of customer service.
Came here on a Saturday around 12:30pm. No line, but all the tables were full. Ordered my normal iced matcha latte and a brownie. The employee who helped me was very friendly. My order came out quickly. Luckily, a table freed up and I sat down to enjoy my goodies. The only bad part about the visit was the bathroom was closed. It's a coffee shop, lol. A bathroom should be available to paying customers.

Shocked to see that all cream/milk sources were not refrigerated! Big no-no that any store manager should oversee. Food handling guidelines must be followed. Surprised it hasn't been addressed sooner.
